Premier - Balloons & Flowers & Party Supplies — Local services in Hockessin, Delaware

I always like to support small businesses, and I usually go to Fulton Paper in Surburban Plaza, but we don't live in that area anymore.

I went to Premier on a Friday and ordered & paid for 6 bouquets of balloons for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Party on a Sunday.

I sent my husband to pick them up at 4pm, the time I said I would pick up and not only were they not even blown up, but they didn't even have the info! So, my husband & the balloons were late to the party.

My 6 bouquets wound up being just 2!For the amount of money I paid, this was ridiculous. I should get 1/2 my money back, but I don't want to step foot in there again.

Lesson learned, so when you find a place you like (Fulton Paper) just continue going there, even if it's a little...

I don't write reviews - but I had to for this. I ordered flowers through a company called "from you flowers" DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I called Premier directly and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind after telling him my dilemma with ordering from the "from you flowers" company. I was totally disappointed with a gift bouquet of old flowers. The petals were brown and so were the baby’s breath. By the next day, petal were all over the table! I called because the friend that sent them I’m sure paid decent money for them. They said they would replace them. That never happened.
