Extremely poor customer service. My first appointment (a consultation) went wellI. I did have to wait 25 minutes from my appointment time before being seen. My second appointment I had booked a facial along with an IV and a weight loss shot. First, they charged me before receiving any services. An uncommon practice. Then I waited over 30 minutes before asking, when will my appointment begin? They apologized saying they were short staffed. Five minutes later, I was informed they were getting my facial ready. Ten minutes later, I was taken back to receive my weight loss shot. The chair was sticky causing it to be uncomfortable. After the shot the women said "have a nice day". I informed her I was suppose to receive a facial and IV. She stumbled with her words and said I could return to the relaxation room. After waiting another 10 minutes I decided to go to the front desk to cancel my remaining treatments. It had been an hour since my original appointment time. I was informed they will submit a refund and I will receive an email. I asked for documentation that I had not received the other 2 services. The women said she would speak with the office manager. Across the room, the office manager asked for my name. After answering I walked over to speak with him. He again repeating I will receive an email. I again asked for documentation that I had not received the services. He repeated "You will receive an email". I then informed him, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. A Mixed Experience at Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics

Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics offers a beautifully curated environment with a welcoming and friendly staff, which initially set a promising tone for my visit. However, despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for an hour before being seen—a significant inconvenience that detracted from the overall experience.

While I understand that occasional delays happen in any service-based industry, such an extended wait time with an appointment raises concerns about efficiency and time management. A more structured scheduling system or improved communication regarding wait times would greatly enhance the client experience.

If prompt service becomes a priority, Lavish Wellness has the potential to be a top-tier destination. Until then, I’d advise future clients to prepare for possible delays, even with a confirmed appointment.

I wanted to wait until after a few appointments before leaving a review because I understand that things happen and establishments get busy, but this has been my experience not once, but twice. Consistency in service is key, and unfortunately, the long wait times have made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise great atmosphere and staff. I hope to see improvements in the future.

One of the worst health and wellness places I’ve ever been too. I went in here for my annual health checkup along to check my existing condition of thyroid. My husband did the same but without any pre existing conditions. Once we got our bills we were surprised at a charge around 350$ for the both of us. We tried calling their billing department and all they say is they will get back to you and they never do. 350 for an annual? There’s no one to provide an explanation of the charges. Our insurance tried calling and gave up. They don’t even have the courtesy to schedule a review of the blood test. After we met with the doctor we were called in to take out blood samples. Since that We had to follow up with them to ask about the tests. And even after following up they would not do anything about it. Unless you call and email couple of times.
