I've dealt with Brandywine Chrysler Jeep for over 18 years, and was always satisfied with the service department. My recent, and first time trying to get my Jeep serviced was far less than satisfactory. My service advisor seemed unprepared/inexperienced to handle my service needs. I have an aftermarket warranty with a $100 deductible, and when I was told that though my part was covered, my cost would be more than $200 out of pocket. I was told it was on order, and that I'd be called when it arrives, but after a week and a half; no contact. My trust is gone for Preston, and instead of feeling like a valued customer, I feel like just another schmuck to be taken advantage of. I can no longer give them my recommendation, or send any business there to be taken advantage of.
