The only reason I go there is because of my buddy Jason that works there. If he wasn't there I'd probably never go in.

EDIT: The day I posted this, I read the reviews first. I will be the first to admit I was reacting off the comments and then posted my review. Yes, in fact I do go in because Jason whom I've known literally my whole life. I have to admit, I have NEVER had a bad experience anytime I have gone in there. All the staff and the infamous "Roy", have always treated me with respect and kindness. I agree 100% that most experiences here would have to do with the attitude of people going in there. I work in retail as well and have a few clients come in and take their bad day out on me. I get it. Totally get it. You get what you give. OH! Also, I must add, when I return stuff I don't give excuses on why the product I purchased didn't work. Nobody wants to hear a long drawn out story. Ha-ha If you go in with an attitude I guarantee you will probably get turned away or ignored. Nobody anywhere wants to deal with someone that argues right...

Went in today for emergency rv repairs. Bought to inline valves because I wasn't sure which one i needed. I told the manager I'll just get both, i can return the one i dont use right. His answer yes.

Well, neither one was usable for the job. returned the parts, and was told store credit.only i said, "Not what I was told."

A local gentleman that was sitting in the shop called the manager, and he told him he had told me store credit only. So basically called me a liar

I would not have even bought them had i have been told that I couldn't return them. Why would anyone. I was not treated rudely unless you call the manager on the phone calling me a liar about what he said rude.

I mean, how often do you need 42 dollars worth of hardware.

I have been going here since I moved to town and no problems, till now. Saturday my husband and I went there looking for a few parts. Both the wife and the red head started following us around. Today I go in and in front of customers accused me of stealing from him Saturday. I want to see the tape. Show me where I put something other than my keys in my pocket or purse please. Other than my husband having our part to match up nothing went into our pockets. Yes but you outright accused me of it in public. IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. If I had been guilty, then that would be different. But I am not. Put yourself in our shoes. We are trying to make a life for us, doing EVERYTHING the right way working harder than you could ever imagine, and to be put down like that. Thanks for making me feel even worse about...
