I didn't expect much coming in, it was moreso for the nostalgia. The last time I had an AYCE Pizza Hut Buffet was in Anchorage, AK, which was decades ago. When we first got in, the food looks like it has been sitting out for awhile. Pizza looked kinda dry and bread sticks were tough. So I waited for the next batch, the food was was better by then. I ordered a particular pizza and it never got brought out. It was already 30mins into waiting. The service was ok, we had to get the attention of our waitress for a refill. She never really came to check up on us. But after we arrived, several groups of folks came through, so she probably got busy. But yeah, if you love pizza, this place will be perfect for you. Just don't expect food or service to wow you. PH should beware if Cici's Pizza comes into town!

They took forever to get the pizza to me and when it finally got to me everything was right except the pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza and got a Hawaiian stuff crust pizza. So I tried calling them. It took me five tries before they answered. To make it worse when they did answer the lady I talked to had a bad attitude.

I ordered online and got a confirmation email around say 8:00pm to round the time up. Email said delivery would be 8:25pm. 8:25pm and still no pizza. I figured it would be a little late in case the driver got lost or a little behind so I continued to wait. At about 9 I decided to call just to check. No answer. Called 3 different times and was just stuck on an automated loop. Finally around 9:15 I decided to drive to the restaurant myself and see what happened. Apparently my order was made and sent out with a driver. Because of that, they could not give me a refund but offered to give me store credit so that when I order again, it would be free. Don't know how it would be free since i was still charged for it even though I never got it. The cashier was very polite though and offered to make my order right then and there which I agreed because I really didn't feel like dealing with it again by taking the store credit. NEVER EVER again will we be ordering pizza here!! I ordered a pizza last night for delivery at 8:41pm , they said it would be here by 9:26pm. Well 9:26pm came n went. I started calling them at 9:40pm and they refused to answer the phone. A few times they picked up & hung it right back up!! To my surprise the delivery guy got here at 10pm & he wasn't the brightest crayon in the box. Our pizza was cold & was like cardboard , our wings were cold also!! For 30 bucks.... it wasn't worth the hassle!! Never again!! PIZZA HUT ON NORTH PARK DRIVE.... U SHOULD BE ASHAMED ON HOW U RUN BUSINESS!! NO...
