Felch Street Plaza — Local services in Holland Charter Township

2 weeks ago, they had a 30 min wait with half their tables open. Last Sunday 8/13 we went about 9:30am, our power was out and we were waiting for the crews to fix it. I needed coffee and some breakfast. We go there, and we're waiting. Girl comes to the register starts doing something, never looks at us, finishes, and walks away. I looked at my son and said, "You can see me, right?" He said he could, so I knew I wasn't invisible, even though that was the feeling I got. Then she comes back a few mins later to the podium and just stares at me. So I finally say 2. She said, "Let me see what I got." She came back, sat us in a corner, and dropped menus. And left and we saw no one for at least 15 mins. The couple next to us got their food and no silverware. The people behind had no drinks, and had been waiting awhile, I watched another table have food with no silverware. We never got a be right with you. We got up to leave, and I saw a lot of people behind the counter standing or on their phone. Will...

We were placed in a booth that had a big hole in the seat! I had to sit by the window or fall in the hole. We've eaten here before and have always gotten refills on pop and splash berry drinks. Kind of a let down to be asked if you want water instead of a refill! Wanted to use a buy-one-get-one coupon. You could hear the manager and server talking about us from across the room. Very unprofessional. Also, when our appetizers were brought, they were on a platter, and didn't bring us any plates. Our server wasn't familiar with the type of eggs my wife wanted, and kept saying she had only been there for a week. All of the fried items (chicken tenders, cheese sticks, onion rings and especially the hash browns, were overdone! Very disappointing meal. Lots of good stores in this area. Plenty of parking and more than enough entrances to get in and out of without a problem. The only negative for me is that it is on the other side of Holland. Being that I am on the southwest side and these stores are on the far North side, it takes me 15 minutes to drive here. The area also does get very busy in the evening and especially on the weekends so plan on dealing with alot of traffic and people in the stores. I usually try to go during the week to avoid...
