What a horrible experience! The older woman who appeared to be in charge was rude and mean-spirited. She continued to tell me what was in the contract I signed, but wouldn’t give me a copy of the Contract. They called and told me I had 3 days to pick up my stuff. When I arrived to pick up my items, I’m given a list and told to run around the store and find my items. The woman told me it could take 2- 2 1/2 hours to find everything and then couldn’t understand my frustration. When I requested a check for my items sold- oh no. You didn’t meet the minimum sales amount. I could either bring in more items to sell or use my money to buy something in the store. Make sure to read the details of the contract. I had two expensive mother of the bride dresses there since September 2021 and would go in periodically to renew my contract with them since the dresses hadn’t sold. My contract ended May 14, 2022, so I stopped in today May 21, 2022 to renew my contract with them. I was told 1 of the dresses had sold and I was owed $12. 78 in store credit ( the dress had sold at a sale price). The other dress had just sold sometime that week she thought ( maybe even the day before I got there) and since my contract had expired the $275.00 dress was totally theirs.
