The guy at the front was amazing! I wish I’d gotten his name (maybe it was Wilson or something?) but my sister and I used our lunch breaks to see what was wrong with her car. He instantly made a stressful situation much lighter by cracking jokes here and there while continuing to be unbelievably helpful. Needless to say, my sister and I know nothing about cars but her car wouldn’t start today and when we finally got it, we took it here and he tested the battery (that was almost 5 years old) and said it was a bad battery. He offered the cheapest options first and then explained the differences, he didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need or give us bogus information (like some other places have) he explained everything he did and KEPT making jokes to brighten our spirits! We got everything done in no more than 10-15 minutes. I live in Angier and I’d drive here just to have this guy’s help. He’s so nice and helpful! 10/10 would...

Your counter rep Jaimilyn Johnson at the Holly Springs, NC store was less than helpful today. I only wanted to exchange a set of spark plugs that were incorrect for the right ones. I did say that I had no idea when I had purchased them and they might not have even come from your store. She accused me of forcing them in. I did admit to trying one plug and when it was obviously the wrong thread size returned them. The plug had a tiny bit of grease on it and was otherwise undamaged. The other 7 were unopened. It might seem petty but I love my classic old car and would never, never try to force a spark plug. I told her I would take my business elsewhere....

I had a wonderful experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts today, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Hector. One of my low beam headlights had gone out, so I went to the store to purchase a replacement. Hector was able to locate the exact lightbulb that I needed in a manner of seconds, and was kind enough to replace the bulb for me. His knowledge and expertise made that replacement easy and efficient, and I was on my way in just a few minutes.
