Never have a good experience here. Always an issue, notification system doesn't work properly, have issues getting medications in stock, and pharmacists are extremely rude. In addition, there is usually a long wait on the phone, in store, and in drive through. Then after waiting for 30 minutes in line, you are greeted with attitude and told they don't have your prescription ready. Tried calling ahead of time to verify prescriptions and avoid issues only to go, wait in line and be told they will be available for pick up the next day, no options or question if needed same day (I just drove there, so I clearly need it). Go inside to try and discuss, only to be met once again with attitude and when I mention issues with prescriptions and 30 minute wait time phone calls already made, she states fine she can get it ready. When I state if having it ready now was option it would have been nice to have mentioned it instead of only stating it wouldn't be ready until the next day, she tells me she doesn't have to say that and when I respond that is decent customer service she states customer service isn't a thing in the pharmacy?!?!? What is even more frustrating, the prescription isn't one they actually have to do anything to, it's in stock and all that is needed is a label, which took her all of 2 minutes to "get ready", but again that wasn't even remotely offered...why if so easy and quick?? Transferring all prescriptions. Not worth the issues and extremely rude...
Read moreThis is the worst pharmacy. There is a problem getting medication refilled every.single.time. Latest issue is that the Dr wrote for 6months of refills of my very common med. I requested a refill a week ahead of time. The app said it would be ready Thurs of last week. They keep saying it’s not in stock. I’m now Tues the following week - on day 3 of missing my med because they keep saying they don’t have it and to try again tomorrow. As a nurse I’m alarmed, as this can be very dangerous for patients to not get their medication. I’m changing pharmacies asap and would warn others to...
Read morePerson at the pharmacy had me sign legally binding documents in order to receive service. Ok, they were super hard to read, incredibly tiny print. I asked for a copy of what I signed and she said we don't usually do that. I told her I just like to have a copy of any legal documents I sign. She didn't even respond and kind of rolled her eyes. I was being polite, just stating my reasons. I don't understand why she had to be unprofessional. If you expect people to sign, be ready to provide a copy. Or at the very least, be polite and professional to customers who are treating you...
