I have gone to this place about 5 times now. The first few times were fine, these last few times the products stop working, or you can not get the oil out of them because they clog with 30% of the product left with no way to fix, even with heat up settings. Today they sold me a box that was completely empty. I live about a mile away so I had walked home only to find an empty box when I opened it. I returned to the store and told them that they had sold me an empty box and then they proceeded to not to believe me - making me feel terrible. They acted as if I was lying (after just spending $158 at the store and then proceeded to act as if they were doing me a favor by believing me. I will never go back and strongly urge others to choose an alternative store. They also have no phone number so you cannot reach the store and they won’t give you one if you ask.
