Worst experience ever!!! Elevator got stuck the people from the front desk super rude every time I called since there was a girl inside the elevator having a panic attack, the fire department came and it took forever to get us out. On top of that, I paid for late check out (4 pm) and we went downstairs through the stair because the only elevator working was raking 25 minutes and nothing, and went we get back to the room after eating, at 1:15 pm, they have disabled our room keys so we couldn’t go inside the room, we called the number in the Wes site and no one help, therefore we needed to go back down to the lobby again through the stair, 20 floors, to get someone to help. We had the worst experience ever and I would make sure I’ll write a bad report...

Morelia is new to our neighborhood but im glad she's here. She's has a good selection of flavors, cool dipping suaces to add to your palleta and a simple clean process. The location is nice and open,the service is friendly and the price point isn't the best but I understand rent is not cheap in downtown hollywood. We has the coconut paleta with fire torched marshmallow omg it was so good. I will be back, the combinations are endless and the filled paletas looking amazing. My only thing is I wish they had more traditional Mexican flavor atleast a couple of them...it seem like I walked into a mexican paleta spot thats trying to.sell me European flavors... but overall very...

I saw a woman being aggressive and screaming towards David who was the employee at this time. This made me feel bad for the young man because I'm a usual customer of this place and i come mostly at night because that's when he is there. In fact, it's one of the reasons i come exclusively to this place because of this young man's politeness is out of this world. He Gives very good customer service and he's super patient with my kids. I am not sure what he did to make this woman so upset, but i highly doubt he had anything to to with it. Also, The Strawberry filled with condensed milk, dipped in white chocolate and Peanuts/almonds is a God's gift. You should...
