
This place is truly a nightmare. I have been here 3x to get my passport and every time I’ve had to wait 45 min to almost 2 hrs to find out that their employee has given me the wrong information. Manager helped me when I told them I was returning . When I came back five -10 min later , mans went hiding avoiding me and asking his employee to help me who proceeded to help since his shift was over. I came back again and same manager had to ask his employee to help me after waiting 10 min w no line lol. She proceeds to help me and tells me I need a shipping label for my passport and after waiting 50 min on the phone she proceeds to tell me after helping people in between me that I can just buy one but I have to wait in another line. Guy in other line stressed out so lady comes and helps and tells me that I can’t buy shipping label and has to be done by the rush my passport people. I recommend spending time on Google and getting all the information which was my bad. But these people will keep you in line and will waste your time . The only only truly happy person was the nice pregnant woman. I know this job can be taxing. But you all should have the information for the services YOU PROVIDE. It’s like pulling teeth for help over there. And it’s hot. Not sure why all the employees have jackets on. Drink water hydrate and focus on helping people because it’s literally...
   Read moreI go to this location hoping to ship a package via FedEx. Imagine my surprise how disorganized this place is. No FedEx boxes were available. So I ask the clerk I need a FedEx box. She ask me what I am shipping, and immediately tells me she has a box for sale.
I said, no thank you. I need a FedEx box to ship. She says its over there. Again I tell her nothing is there. She proceeds to look around a few shelves for a FedEx, and says nope. We don't have any FedEx boxes, but I can sell you a box to ship your package.
I then ask to speak to the manager at the store. The manager then says nonchalantly, we run out of FedEx boxes. But I can sell you a box to ship your package. I ask her how can a FedEx store run out of boxes on a Monday at 12pm, the beginning of the work week? She says it happens.
It's embarrassing that a customer has to inform a FedEx store they don't have FedEx boxes available for shipping.
Is this store so desperate to charge customers that they do not bother to stock FedEx boxes adequately at a FedEx Office. Its either gross incompetence or shady sales tactic to increase their business.
You should not allow this store to bait and switch their customers. I was able to go to a nearby UPS store and ship my package.

   Read moreWorst customer service!! I went yesterday 6/9) to make a color copy, and was basically pushed to use self-service. Only 2 customers in the store, including myself, and about 10 employees doing nothing, not even packing boxes, and those standing behind the counter just staring at the computer screens, making themselves look busy. When I checked my bank account today (6/10), FedEx charged me $10 for making one single copy of 4 colored images in one page. Called the store, and was told this was their policy. I seldom use self service due to bad vision, so I prefer to have someone behind the counter make the copies for me, which was done less than 2 weeks ago, while there were plenty of customers in the store (I guess the pushy employee was not there). I refrained from complaining, but when I checked by bank account and learned I was charged $10, I decided to complain. All the manager, Marcel could say was sorry. I guess this is another way to keep others informed of how bad the customer service is at this store, it's like going to the USPS, now you have to pay higher prices for having copies done and getting attitude with your purchase.
