This is the worst rainbow that I have ever shopped in the managers rude the Spanish-speaking lady with the ponytail that tall white girl or British or whatever with the funny speaking accent, she’s very rude and she catches an attitude really fast and you have to watch her because she’s very underhanded she could still grease at a biscuit and not get caught. I had three items that I bought back into the store and she only charged me for bringing back two and she says she doesn’t make mistakes. They had to do was check the inventory and see that those pants were no longer in their inventory, because I found all the items that I had purchased in the store and took them up to the counter for them, but they still refuse to give me my money back We’re all human we all make mistakes and my first mistake was not looking at her when she was ringing up my return, and not looking at my receipt before I walked out of the store, and not counting the money that she handed me back without telling me how much it was. That was my mistake There’s not one perfect person in this world but she thinks she’s perfect and then when you call corporate, they haven’t called me back yet Ariana or Brianna or whatever her name is. She’s also rude. I’m not the type of person that’s going to tell a lie for $10.99. They tell me that they don’t have cameras in store but I bet if there was a robbery they would run the cameras back for that. It’s all because of my skin color. They think that I’m trying to scam them for a $10.99 pair of leggings.🤦🏽‍♀️ but vengeance is mine, says the Lord and my enemies will pay I’ll take that L for this trust no one to the owner of this store you need to clean house because your employees are very rude and...

One of the larger Rainbow shops in the area. The fitting rooms are a good size. The selection is pretty good although the store itself is very tightly packed. I do not recommend have a large purse while navigating through or you might get stuck on a rack like I did. The Plus sized section is an actual section with everything included jeans, dresses, even swimwear which I normally don't see in the rainbow shops in soflo. The prices are pretty good as most rainbow shops are. The shoe section is also larger than most, they have a very good amount of sandals in all different styles which is nice. This location is a bit obscure, so most of the time it will be empty which can be nice considering how densely packed it is. Overall this is one of my favorite locations of rainbow shops. I definitely recommend coming here. Beware you will probably spend money on things you don't need because of the prices. Good news the clothing lasts...

Great selection of clothing, shoes, etc.. However, you can't try anything on 😔 Corporate simply needs to assign a worker bee to monitor the dressing rooms so we can try on the items, HOWEVER, they refuse to do it.. I would be a weekly customer, but am not going to guess at if their clothing would fit. You are lucky enough to have customers in the first place during a PANDEMIC, which hasn't gone anywhere. If you actually want customers to buy things, RAINBOW SHOPS, spend the money to employ an attendee to make sure that the Covid guidelines are being adhered to. It's THAT SIMPLE! Until then, you won't see me as a weekly customer who would spend in the range of $40-75 WEEKLY. I don't think I am alone. Do the math, CORPORATE GIANT, RAINBOW, AND STOP BEING SO STINGY.
