A simple question about a transaction turned into a very uncomfortable, surprisingly rude conversation with the Store Manager. The checkout lady was nice but the little time I was in line she also did not remove 3 security tags and people had to point them out to her after their purchase for her to remove (including one on my purchase). Stuff happens. Anyway, I handed her my 30% off coupon and I asked if I could pay cash, sure, simple. So I give her money and we are all good. Later I look at my receipts and it looks as though she also charged my Kohls card. I called the store to make sure that I did not get double charged and Ann (or Anna) answers the phone and has me flustered within the first couple minutes of talking to her. She doesn't even really listen to me and then tells me that I need to come back to the store. I explain that I am over 3 hours away (I live in Key West) and that I was there shopping while on vacation. So then she proceeded to tell me that she cannot look up the transaction because they batch the system every night. She also said I need to scan a receipt and email it to her with my statement (what statement??). She keeps insisting that I have to do all these things so finally I say you need to help me figure this out right now and I ask to talk to a supervisor because I told her she was being rude and I literally felt like she was yelling at me for trying to find out whether I was double-charged or not. She proceeds to tell me she's the store manager🤦♀️ she really needs to work on her people skills. Finally she puts me on hold and Susan gets on the phone, I explain the exact same thing to her and she says I think I know what happened, hands me over to Kara (apparently another store manager). Kara not only looks up my transaction (funny she could do that after they batch it every night🤔) and explains to me that what happened was I paid $23.67 on my charge account, then immediately afterwards the cashier took the $24 to pay off my Kohl's charge account. The weird thing is I'm pretty sure the cashier gave me change but at this point I don't even remember. The cashier never told me any of this (paying off my charge with the cash) so in my eyes it looks like I was double-charged. After it was explained to me in a calm and cool fashion I finally got it. I contact my Kohl's charge customer service just to check considering the different information and conversations I had during this store phone call. I had a positive of $0.33 on my card, so I had them send me a check for the $0.33 and I closed my Kohl's charge account. I will never be back, this was ridiculous, unnecessary and I was literally shaking by the end of my short conversation with Ann. She was so extremely rude and unnecessarily aggressive with someone who was not aggressive with her. I assumed that this was a simple fix and she turned it into a accusatory, angry...
Read moreSave your money, & shop somewhere else! February 29 I shopped at Kohl’s and earned $15 Kohl’s cash which didn’t start until the first weekend of March. I was so excited to use my Kohl’s cash on top of the sale Kohl’s was having, but that didn’t happen. Today March 8 I got up to the cashier, gave her my Kohl’s cash that had been sitting in my wallet to use. The cashier tells me I can’t use it because it’s already been used, that was a shock to me because I hadn’t been to Kohl’s since earning my Kohl’s cash and know that I never returned anything or used it. The cashier told me the cash was issued on Monday March 2 and used on Tuesday March 3, which was even weirder because I definitely was not at Kohl’s those days, I was actually in bed extremely sick. When I told the cashier that she told me that I was lying and she couldn’t use my Kohl’s cash because I used it already which I had NOT. She probably kept it to give to her friends or keep for her self because she refused to give it back to me instead of honoring my $15 Kohl’s cash that I had earned. After this experience I do NOT recommend shopping here and will not be returning or giving Kohl’s anymore...

Price says $24 (which is not the price on the back of the socks) I show the cashier that the price is wrong. Then another woman comes over with an extremely poor attitude an says thats the price we can't adjust it, I explain the price on the socks are cheaper then that they are ringing up for, her responses nothing i can do for you. I ask for the manager she tells me she is the manager turns out she wasn't the manager an just a cashier. The manager comes over an adjust the price an gives them to me for the proper price. Cashier Daisy is extremely rude an has no customer service, while the manager was adjusting the price cashier daisy mumbles stuff under her breath, very poor poor service. If you can't be polite an speak in a nicely manner to customers then don't work in customer service. Poor service an I will NOT shop at this...
