Working with this company was very challenging. I have worked with them twice, and both times there were issues with paying attention to details. I gave them another chance because maybe it was just the person I worked with who didn't do a good job. The second time working with them, it was worse. They seriously need to improve on returning phone calls. I called multiple times after they started to work on my book cover and left voicemails, but no one ever returned my calls. They don't respond to emails. The person working on my project was not paying attention to the details I sent ahead of time and during the process. I sent her the exact dimensions for my book cover size, and she created it wrong more than once. It seems all they care about is getting money and not doing the job correctly to make sure the client is happy. I ended up having to seek help somewhere else, and that meant I had to spend more money. The person who assisted me was so knowledgeable and efficient. He listened and paid attention to the details. He told me the book cover Logo Boutique created was formatted wrong. He fixed it within one day and also offered additional assistance with a few other things for my book. I reached out to Logo Boutique via email and the message board, and they have not responded. This is an example of bad business. If they didn't know how to size the book cover correctly, they should have told me that instead of wasting my time and money. I was told by the project manager it was the correct size. That was not true. Some form of discount should have been offered for not finishing the project correctly. They took no accountability for what they did wrong. I would not recommend their services to anyone or use them again. Companies do things like this too often but would not like it if they were on the other end, as the client and the company treated them this way. OUTSTANDING!!! I’ve worked with The Logo Boutique since 2020 and I have nothing but great things to say. I particularly worked with MELISSA who exhibited EXCELLENT customer service the ENTIRE time. I can be a fairly particular person. But Melissa worked with me diligently since day one! Communicating the idea you have in your head can be difficult, but Melissa was patient, kind, and above all, professional. My logo evolved over time because I wanted things changed and was very particular about how things looked. My biggest concern was that I wanted the logo to stand out, which Melissa made happen. As particular as I was, Melissa swiftly responded, mostly within 24 hours (depending on when I requested a change on the messaging board), and I’m confident she was working on other projects at the same time. As a result, my logo looks FANTASTIC, and I’m ready to do big things with it! The other Logo Boutique staff was helpful as well. In the early stages I called and spoke with a member or so on the staff and I was satisfied with the help and clarification I received. The discounts were nice too; the logo design was very reasonably priced and easy on the wallet. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Logo Boutique. I read amazing reviews for this company, but I am inclined to believe that those reviews were left by company's employees rather than actual clients. I paid to have a logo designed and left feedback for what I was looking for. None of my initial feedback was taken into consideration in the three initial "concepts" I was sent. I asked for a refund so that I can use another company but was told that they do not issue refunds because they "worked so hard on the initial concept." I am not sure what "hardwork" they are implying because that I was sent I had seen better using an online free logo generator. They offered me a site credit, for use for what exactly I am not sure. As a REAL PAYING customer, I do not believe that the logos they represent on their site as being their actual work quality is real. They do not have the graphic design expertise to product these unique and creative concepts.
