I used to come here YEARS AGO when they were at a different location. Stopped going because the customer service was horrible. Saw a Groupon for it, read the reviews which seemed to have gotten better in the last year w the new location & decided to try them again. BIG MISTAKE. The problem w this place is the owner. The girls that work there are great! The owner doesnāt know how to run a business. The Groupon was for 3 services within 90 days. It doesnāt state anything about having to be a new client & it states that you can be gifted 1. I even called to confirm. Booked my appt & used 1 of the 3 microdermabrasionās. 2 weeks later I called about a different special which was a massage & facial combo. The receptionist told me sheād give me the Groupon special price. I paid w my credit card for this. Once again I looked up the Groupon which did not say anything about having to be a new client. Made my 2nd appt for my microdermabrasion & they called me hours before my appt & told me I couldnāt use my Groupon because I wasnāt a new client & had to wait 90 days. Again I purchased a Groupon for 3 services WITHIN 90 days. The owner explains to me that the receptionist that had helped me before was fired. I donāt understand how thatās my problem. Then she told me she needs to run a business & cant just honor all Groupons. She told me to call Groupon & ask for a refund. The amazing aesthetician that helped me the 2 previous times left her business this month & I can see why. If you go to Groupon & look through these reviews youāll see this isnāt the 1st time. No company is forced to participate w Groupon. If you donāt want to honor them then donāt offer it on there. Or update the stipulations. Seems like this has been an ongoing problem for years. So I asked if they had a Groupon special. The woman at the desk said yes it was $28.00. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use it today though. I asked why? And she said because they were running a speacial for Thursdays for $35.00!!! I was shocked by that answer... I said " what if I had purchased the Groupon? You would not let me use it?" She stumbled over her words and finally said yes that I could use the Groupon special "this time". Already I was not comfortable with this place... How do you run a Groupon special. But tell me I can't use it because of a special that is more money?? I continued to fill out the information, but didn't want to add my email address. As I often don't check it. And was not interested in recieveing emails from them. When I put in "none" the info would not submit. I then told her what was happening. And she said I "HAD" to put in an email address! So I explained to her that I don't want to because I don't use my email for these purposes. And she again said I had to or it wouldn't submit on thier system. I said ok. I will put in a fake one so it will go through.... She then told me that she didn't want to service me, and that I could leave!! Very unprofessional!!
