I went with my mom to get some earrings, she asked for the price on one and my mom said it was too expensive the lady told my mom what do you want if it’s 14k gold and my mom told her just something more affordable. So my mom asked what about these and she said those are $50 so my mom said ok I’ll take those. And she walked away from my mom and starting helping another man. I asked her if she could ring up my mom that she was there first and we had groceries. She did t want to until she finished doing some battery for the man. Then she kept grabbing the earrings that we told her were too expensive and refused to ring up the ones that we were asking her for. By walking away and leaning up against the counter with her arms crossed. She said she wasn’t gonna ring anything up because we told her she had bad customer service. We told her this because it was true she was arguing and setting terms and refuse to give us the once they’re more affordable and kept asking us if we’re going to buy the ones that were more expensive ignoring our repeated request for the other earrings. I’ve never been to a store where the person behind the counter forces you to either buy the expensive thing or they refuse to ring you up for the cheaper one. I’m sure the owners of this company would’ve liked to at least make a sale of the cheaper earring that’s why they’re selling it. But I guessed in this place you do not get commission and therefore she didn’t even care to sell the pair...

This jewelry is a rip off I went there on December 15th and I purchase a rose chain and a rose ring and today I went back to try to returned it telling her that I wanted to pay for it in cash to leave it on layaway to put the money back in my credit card because I had a situation and she didn't even come out to face me to tell me no she sent her assistant that's pretty messed up I have bought their earrings and things like that for my kids for her to do that to me when I'm telling her that I had a situation but it's true nobody cares about your problems but yourself I suggest that if you were to purchase jewelry go to a regular jewelry store sometimes it's worth spending a little bit more but at least they hear you out and they exchange the jewelry or whatever it is that they got to do never again I'm stopping there guess what they just lost a customer probably the only...
