Today I drove from the Montgomery, Al area (about 1 hour 45 minute drive) and the trip was well worth it! I went for some pokemon singles to complete a few different master sets of mine. I had some older sports cards I didn’t care for as well as some modern pokemon cards I was hoping to trade towards the cards, which I did. I was pleasantly surprised at what the trade percentage was they offered, best percentage I’ve ever been offered in a store. The pokemon single choices were great, as the cards they had to offered covered many different sets. The prices were fair as some were even below market price! I noticed they had a good selection of sealed pokemon product as well. The staff were patient, helpful, and very friendly!! Overall my experience was top tier! I’d recommend this shop to any one! They’ve earned my business and I’ll continue to make a 4 hour round trip commute just to do business with them in the future!...

The Shop is well put together, Unfortunately the online store has major and consistent flaws that they dont seem to care about in terms of customer experience.

3 orders in a row all had issues with stock, description, or if the card has been pulled for a show. The last two were both listing description errors (made by the store).

Each time the error occurs, the store doesnt seem to care about the customers experience. Refunds for cancelations certainly dont come as quick as the money is pulled for a purchase.

We called up there to see about Pokemon cards. They were so nice and let us know everything we asked for was in stock and let us know they’ll be waiting. As we get there, the atmosphere was phenomenal the vibe felt like family. I want to personally shout out Mr. John he said he has been working there for 4 days, but the knowledge and expertise given was to the T ! Give that man a raise, already he was the sweetest, and gave my son a free pack. This was the best card shop we have been too, and as well as the BEST customer service giving.
