Then because he was mad about the conversation he acted like a child and refused to finish what was promised to me originally: replacing the battery. Despite already having the watch and being given the hint to leave, I was honest and reminded him that i had a bill to pay for previous work and handed over the Debit card. I have brought watches here over the years and had family come here too. All thats done. Shame that a grown man lost his temper over a conversation about a watch.

Beautiful work and the best customer service! I have had my engagement ring that Mark made for three years, and I damaged it. Mark fixed it the same day I brought it in and for a great price. Note - I drove six hours to bring it back to him. My trust in him is worth a weekend trip back to Birmingham to know that the job will be done right.

My ring is a custom piece and I have people ask about it daily. It is so incredibly special from the setting and design to the stones. Make worked with my now husband to create the perfect ring of my dreams within our budget. Just a straight up kind of guy who is exceptional at what he does. Just a wonderful business...

Good people! Having never been there before, I stopped in to have a pocket watch repaired of sentimental value. I needed it done within 5 days for my wedding and thought it might not be possible and definitely would not be cheap. The sweet woman at the desk took it to the back and came out a short time later with it running. They fixed it and replaced the battery free of charge! Also, she offered to clean my ring right when I walked in while we talked. Bonus- No one tried to sell me anything while I waited.

Sincerely nice people. I will be a lifelong customer for whenever I need jewelry...
