If you're looking for food that resembles a home cooked meal and walking distance from the Aloft hotel, then Real & Rosemary is a perfect choice. You can dine in or place an order for pickup on their website. I arrived around 530pm, and there were four guests dining inside and no wait. You place your order at the register, and your food is brought to your table along with silverware and a cloth napkin. All employees were friendly and the wait for the food wasn't very long.
I had the flounder cakes plate with macaroni and cheese and sweet potato wedges for $15.49. The serving was generous, and the food was hot and delicious. I cleaned my plate! It was my first time having flounder cakes, and I enjoyed the flavor and preferred them over salmon cakes. It wasn't very fishy, and the seasoning was perfect. Macaroni was cheesy and and the potato wedges were savory. The restaurant also provides water for free.
It's a charming and cozy restaurant with seating available inside and outside. The food is tasty...
Read moreYesterday was my first time eating here at Real & Rosemary..and it certainly won’t be my last. I was looking for a Vegan-friendly place for my friend and I to have a great healthy bite to eat and I’m so glad I found this place!
I asked Julia some questions about the menu and she answered all of my questions with genuine care. Julia made great suggestions and was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu, which helped me in my choice of what I wanted to eat. She was very hospitable and made me feel right at home and welcomed. All who worked there were very friendly and courteous.
I ordered the Grilled Herb chicken plate with Mac & cheese and the smashed red potatoes as my sides. It was so good! The honey mustard sauce that comes with it is delicious!
Finding parking in the area is slightly difficult. However, once you do find parking, it is well worth it.

Read moreIt’s a very cute little place. It’s usually pretty quiet so it’s excellent if you’re like me and don’t love loud restaurants. The prices aren’t bad and they always have very good sides. I’ve always enjoyed it on the times I’ve been. The carrots and Mac and cheese are always a personal favorite of mine.
My main this last time was just OK. The meatballs were undercooked and my sauce was pretty watery but I didn’t want to complain because the server was so sweet and she was super busy with takeout orders. (It’s on me for not saying anything, I’m sure they would have fixed it but I just ate around it.)
I think in the future I would stick to salads and sandwiches. That’s definitely where their strengths lie. Salads have always been super fresh and their dressings are great. The Reuben I would 100% recommend. You could even just get 2-3 sides and have that as your meal. As long as you stick to what they’re good at you’ll have a...
