Hobby Lobby — Local services in Homosassa Springs

It's nice to see a hobby store in Crystal River. And it's very well stocked for most if not all of my needs. The store is veryvclean and organized and the staff very friendly and helpful. If I were to have a complaint from my visit it would be with the check out process. It is rather slow most of the time and just appears to need more staff to operate the check out lanes. Having two or less folks working the registers is not very efficient and the frustration can be seen on the customer's faces. But it was a good shopping trip...

Almost impossible to get any help in the material section. I stood for 15mins. waiting for someone to come and help me cut material for me. I approached the Manager at the front desk, walked all the way back to the material section and another 10 mins. someone came to help! I wasn't happy. ALSO i PURCHASED 7 BALLS OF yarn bee cozy occasion teal yarn. One of the balls had 5 places in the yarn that had been "knotted" together! Not good when you are knitting something. Won't me purchasing anymore Yarn Bee products...

Highly recommend. Fantastic customer experience during the 90% off Christmas sale. I went back to the store 4 times before the sale ended. Selection was amazing. Lines were long, but every cash register was moving as quickly as possible and the employees were very kind, efficient, and effective. The customer service manager even brought down all of the remaining ornament bins, when I asked to see something in one of them. I couldn’t have imagined a better store experience. It’s a wonderful addition...
