Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

Placed an order online. App said my order was ready. Got there and waited about 10 minutes for them to make it. I watched the associate make the bowls and she was hardly putting anything in there. I said to my husband I sure hope that’s not our order. She went on to make the next bowl and missed ingredients. Sure enough she bagged it and handed it out the window. I then opened the bowls and there was missing ingredients as well as hardly any ingredients. When I spoke to her about it She was very rude. I asked for a refund. She said no I had to go online. I asked for a manager. As the manager comes to the window the associate had to explain to the manager what the process was for the refund. He asked me what was going on and I explained what was going on. He told me I had to go online for the refund. No one had name tags on identifying who they were so I asked the girl her name and she would not give me her name so I asked the manager what her name was as well as his. Hers being Kiara and his being Tanner. This was the 2nd time that this store had made items and not informed me of ingredients missing. Was excited to take my family to the new Chipotle in lecanto since it's one of my family's restaurants. First thought was wow this store is dirty, trash overflowing in men's bathroom and trash on the floor, and this is a bran new store." Got up to the counter to order just to find out they were out of almost everything, but they still ask what kind of rice you would like? "Brown" sorry out of that. So just went with white rice. Then what kind of beans? "Black" scops them up and it was clearly out he scraped and got about 15 beans i was like thats all i get thinking they would have more ready, sorry out of Black beans. Then what kind of meat would you like? "Chicken" sorry we are out of that. So at this point we have 2 burritos started that can't be finished till they get Chicken and getting cold. We finally ask if they could use the rice and meat from the drive through which we where told by manager No. So customers in the store can't order but people in the drive through can? Finally told them just cancel and we would go next door to 5 guys and the manager said yall came at a bad time. 7pm on a Friday night? Place was not to busy just a couple of people in the store. My Husband and I Stopped in tonight to have dinner,I was Excited to know we have many options in our Area, seeing so many food Establishments were available. as this Chipotle just Opened less than week ago, we wanted to give it a try. On placing our Orders, everything we wanted ,needed rice to complete the dish, to our disappointment there was No Brow / White rice available until a 1/2 hr. While trying to decide if we were going to wait, my eyes got hold of the grilled behind the Register. To my Surprise it also Caught my Husbands attention. The Grill look as if it was an old GRILL FILL WITH SMUT, So Black that it had built up I guess Tar on. It’s not a Complete week and that Grill was so FILTHY, THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GO BACK IN,Everything there looks like a COMPLETE NASTY KITCHEN. . It looks like a grilled that has been used for YEARS. It’s NOT Clean after customers have left for the NIGHT. Had so much Built up YUCK, TURNS YOUR STOMACH OUT.
