Placed an order online. App said my order was ready. Got there and waited about 10 minutes for them to make it. I watched the associate make the bowls and she was hardly putting anything in there. I said to my husband I sure hope that’s not our order. She went on to make the next bowl and missed ingredients. Sure enough she bagged it and handed it out the window. I then opened the bowls and there was missing ingredients as well as hardly any ingredients. When I spoke to her about it She was very rude. I asked for a refund. She said no I had to go online. I asked for a manager. As the manager comes to the window the associate had to explain to the manager what the process was for the refund. He asked me what was going on and I explained what was going on. He told me I had to go online for the refund. No one had name tags on identifying who they were so I asked the girl her name and she would not give me her name so I asked the manager what her name was as well as his. Hers being Kiara and his being Tanner. This was the 2nd time that this store had made items and not informed me of ingredients missing. Then what kind of beans? "Black" scops them up and it was clearly out he scraped and got about 15 beans i was like thats all i get thinking they would have more ready, sorry out of Black beans. Then what kind of meat would you like? "Chicken" sorry we are out of that. So at this point we have 2 burritos started that can't be finished till they get Chicken and getting cold. We finally ask if they could use the rice and meat from the drive through which we where told by manager No. So customers in the store can't order but people in the drive through can? The Grill look as if it was an old GRILL FILL WITH SMUT, So Black that it had built up I guess Tar on.
