Ok. First, we must understand this new franchise opened up and needed many people to work there ASAP. But we can also see that they haven't trained the workers (at least one).
Ok. Let's start the story. My grandparents are in town and wanted to order some quick Chinese. They wanted to go to the Panda so I wrote down everyone's order in detail and my grandmother and I went into order. It's a new store remember so there was a line but after a few minutes, we got to the front. I ordered the three meals on the list, then ordered two more meals, and then two cub meals. after a bit and waiting 6 minutes on chow mein, we got our boxes and the cashier (purple glitter eyelids lady) put them on the tray after we just said it was takeout. (mistake 1.). that fine. we all can make that mistake. then she packed it into the bag, and I put in some chopsticks and we asked if this was everything. The cashier says "Yes this is everything", and so we leave. also gonna point out I did have to run back inside because they forgot to give us fortune cookies, (mistake 2.). then we leave to get back home.
just as we get home and open our bags we pass out everything. and guess what? we're missing two meals! we're checking the receipt to make sure we didn't miscount but no, a simple bowl with chow mien and honey chicken, and a plate of rice and beef is missing. So, just like any logical person would do, we highlighted the receipt and drove right back to Panda. once we got there we went up to the counter and lo and behold the purple glitter eyelid lady there. she claims we walked out when the manager came with the two meals even though she said we had everything in the bags. So we asked to remake it and she went to the side, grabbed the bowl and plate, and made the meals. she comes back with them and asks if this is it and she says "Yes it's all here". We told her to relook over the list which kinda gave her an attitude but she went over it and guess what. in the bowl, she put in rice instead of chow mein. even though it says twice on the paper chow mein. so, she dumped that meal out. made another one, came back, made sure (which was the right order), and left. this happened on the 2nd of February. I would say it's a good restaurant but what makes a good restaurant is the people who work there. you can't have a lady breaking the food code from her makeup mistaking your order while trying to convince you it's right. the employees need discipline and more training.

Read moreMy recent trip to Panda Express was a complete disaster. The food was average, which isn’t surprising for a franchise where consistency can vary widely from one location to another. However, what really stood out was the appalling service.
We arrived around 4 PM, with just one lady ahead of us, yet we still had to wait 20 minutes to be served. The manager was sitting in the corner, casually surfing the internet. Isn’t it the manager’s responsibility to step in and help when there’s a delay? Apparently, she missed that part of the training manual.
The young man who finally helped us was very nice, but the roles of the other employees were baffling. Why were there four people working the drive-thru when there was only one car? Most of the time, the employees were just standing around doing nothing.
To make matters worse, they were out of most dishes. You’d think they would prioritize cooking the items customers were waiting for, but no. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our food.
This is probably the most mismanaged Panda Express I’ve ever visited, and that’s saying a lot. Maybe it’s all the emphasis on diversity and inclusion that’s supposed to make Panda Express so much better, but clearly, it's not working here. This location needs a serious overhaul in management and operations.
We went back to this Panda Express 5/28 and have noticed that everything was operating more efficiently and running better. Although there was a line we got our food within minutes.
The new manager Shereen was very nice, speedy, and competent and we really appreciated her managerial skills and improving this Panda Express by leaps and bounds.
Now that it’s under new management we will definitely be back. Thank...
Read moreMy fingers are crossed that they will improve. I love Panda Express and both of my visits to this new location were 1 star experiences. The first time we went was the week they opened, the drive thru employee was rude, and the entrees were alright but the noodles were so so dry. We decided to wait a few more weeks to come back because we chucked the bad food and experience to new training. Went today and was so excited. The woman working the drive thru was extremely nice and brought a bright bubbly personality to the ordering process! I was thrilled! I ordered the family meal as we usually do at any panda, and at every panda, I'm asked to pull into a parking space. Totally get that and have no problem with waiting because it is a lot of food. I ordered at 4:46pm and didn't receive my food till 5:15pm. I usually don't check my food but I had ordered 2 apple pie rolls and they only gave me one so I checked inside the huge family box and no roll and the food wasn't at all what I ordered, I'm not picky but I paid extra for the shrimp and wanted noodles and not rice so I pulled back around. They apologize, take the whole family meal that was wrong and tell me to pull up into a parking space again. I kid you not, I didn't get the correct food until 5:43 making it almost an entire HOUR of me waiting on fast food, and they didn't even give me another apple pie roll. Had I not had my baby in the car I would have gone inside to ask what was taking so long or for a refund. I hope they improve but from what I've heard from other citrus county customers, this is the worst panda they have...
