Glory Days Grill — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

Our last 2 visits have been horrible. Can the managers please tell your servers to pay attention to orders. Tonight my wife ordered a margarita and i ordered coffee. Her drink came in a beer mug even though 21 maragrita glasses were hanging up behind the bar. My coffee came out and was warm at best, not hot. Then we see 2 margarita drinks going to a table in margarita glasses. Just ridiculous. So we wait. And wait. It was not busy at all and we wait for our appetizers. Finally we got them. Then our meal arrived. My wife didnt get the ranch she ordered so she told the gentlemen who has a tiny hair bun on his head and he said sure that he will go get it. NOPE!!! Never brought it. Our female server came by and my wife told her we didnt get the ranch but someone was bringing it. Never got it. Meanwhile our food was getting cold. Another female server was walking by and noticed our frustration. She was absolutely fantastic. She was gone maybe 40 seconds and returns with ranch. My wife tipped her on the spot and we both thanked her for her attentiveness. Finally get to eat. We finished our meal and our server finally brought our check. I handed her my card and then noticed her lay my card down on another table with my bill. Then proceeded to take care of her other customers. She dissapears in the kitchen. Walks right by our table without saying anything and then realizes my card she left on the table. Hurries to the back. A few minutes later the lady who noticed our frustration earlier about the ranch was the one who brought us our check. What the heck is going on here. Is it when servers realize they gave horrible service to customers they have others do their work for them? And when is it ok to leave customers credit cards on tables. Managers need to have a meeting. If you are not our server and brought us our drinks or food and ask us if we need anything and we tell you what we need. DON'T say you will go get it and then go on about your night and completely disregard what you just told us you would do. This is the second time in a row we have gone here and servers told us they would go get us something and then never did. Our server was Ana S SvrCk 8

Visited the lecanto fl location on 5/31/24

We arrived on a Friday afternoon (at 11:55 am actually) for lunch. From the jump, the hostess didn't bother to look up from the computer when we walked in. In fact, I opened with good afternoon, there will be 3. And another hostess smiled and and offered to take us back. Forgot the kids menu-its whatever but certainly not a great start. Once seated it took until 12:15 for someone to even come and take our drink order. We were not a large party (3) and they were busy, so again I brushed it off. Our drinks didn't even come until 1228, and at this point i was hungry and annoyed. We had previously downloaded the app for the offer of free boneless wings. These were ordered at the same time as our drinks. They didn't arrive until almost 1245. AND they were lukewarm at best. Our waitress, while nice, never checked back in, until we had stacked all the plates at the end of our table. She apologized for the length of time it was taking to get our food. We said it was fine as long as its hot and fresh since rhe wings were "lamp warm at best". We ordered 2 fish and chips one with fries and Mac n cheese, one with fries and rice and 1 kids meal chicken tenders w Mac n cheese. The food took over 45 min, and didn't arrive at our table until after 1 pm. One fish order was missing Mac n cheese, and the kids meal arrived with fries instead of Mac n cheese. I was informed the Mac n cheese was coming. -fine- wait 10 more minutes and only 1 Mac n cheese arrives. At this point our drinks had no been refilled, we had no silverware, and no waitress in site. Right around 1pm the ac stopped working and by 130 I was over this place. The waitress got the manager to take off our "free wings" so we can try again next time. There won't be a next time. Between the hot sweaty restaurant, poor service, and incorrect meal (never did get the other Mac n cheese) we have no reason to return. Our bill came to $40 for 3 people, a lot to pay for...

6/2024 Seated promptly. Waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping us make a great choice. Absolutely by far best Hamburg that I have ever had, truly was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED No pictures, food was so good, ate it before thinking to photograph. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5/2024 Service was excellent, seated promptly in a place of our choosing. Wait staff was right there and cheerfully greeted us. Orders were out quickly and food was very good. Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We truly enjoyed our outdoor seating. I going 5 star atmosphere even though it was extremely packed with people. Things seemed to be running smoothly and other people checking each table to ask if they needed anything to help each server. My only suggestion for this new restaurant is that the outdoor area have a block from the outdoor elements. The winds, sunshine were beautiful. But difficult keeping our items on our table. Simple curtains that van be screened or even bamboo drop screens could help the outdoors during inclement weather.

Food was excellent and served fairly quickly, considering the crowded restaurant. Burger was cooked to order and fries were delicious, Salmon Strawberry salad with fabulous and loved the cane dressing. ALL- YOU- CAN- EAT fish Haddock was nicely battered and fries were delicious Cole slaw was fresh and delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. OMG Dark Chocolate Cake with ice cream was dangerously delicious and served two comfortably. It's still new and very busy FRIDAY evening. Try to go off hours if you're not into crowds. Didn't go inside. But when the door opened each table looked filled..
