Dear Parking Garage Management
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the outdated payment systems and poor customer service at your parking garage. During my recent visit, I encountered significant issues with your debit/credit card machine, which is unable to read modern cards or process contactless payments like tap-to-pay. It’s frustrating to see that, in 2024, you are still using equipment from 2002, which makes the payment process unnecessarily difficult.
Additionally, the behavior of your staff was unacceptable. The manager, instead of offering a reasonable solution, suggested I ask other patrons for cash in order to exit the garage. I even offered to pay through Apple Pay or Cash App, but these options were refused. I eventually had to rely on a stranger to pay on my behalf after wasting an hour trying to resolve the situation.
I regularly visit your garage for Prometric tests, but due to this experience, I will be looking for alternative parking options that offer modern payment methods and provide better service. Read moreRipped off by 2 female security guards as I turned into wrong parking garage & they should have been able to over ride it as I simply turned around to exit once it was clear I was in wrong PG. They both went down to activate the gate arm to lift & let me out to which I requested a pass as it was an innocent mistake which they swore they couldn't do so I paid & even with 2 of them coming down wasting time as the other could have been performing other duties when I requested a receipt they said " they didn't bring anything to write 1 on & strangely in the " ticket booth"there was no pen & paper. I should have written something out & had it signed but I was so irate as I knew I was being ripped off so I left.
