This is the best boutique on Oahu-- and luckily, there are FOUR locations AND an online store! I love going to each of the locations because they each have a different feel and charm to them. The way they merchandise and display their inventory makes me want to go home and redecorate my place! The thing that is NOT different among the stores is the awesome customer service. It's like you have your own personal shopper! I also love that they learn customer's names and text or call you when new items are releasing. I want to support local and I’ve been a fan of Fighting Eel. I used a gift card with a $10 coupon they offered for purchasing the gift card on a full priced item today. The balance was more than $50, so I gave them my loyalty card. However, they refused to stamp it since I used the $10 coupon. The loyalty card clearly states that you’d receive a stamp for every $50 single transaction. I’m disappointed with their store policy. I was ready to purchase few items but turned around and went spent my money somewhere else. Their staff is horrible. All 3 ladies folded clothes on the glass case where the jewelry located. I couldn't see anything in it. Didn't even bother to relocate to do their folding work. No recommendation for anything but, ''oh that's sold out'' comments only.
