Lole Hawaii Inc — Local services in Honolulu

Visited in May 2025 with a group of five. The no-return policy was never mentioned to us during checkout, and we only realized it after seeing “All Sales Final” printed on the receipt. When we went back to the store, we found a small sign tucked behind the register, partially blocked and not visible to us while paying.

We’ve reported the issue to the State of Hawaii’s Office of Consumer Protection because this felt misleading, especially in a tourist-heavy area. Hopefully this encourages the store to be more upfront and clear about their policies...

I'm not sure why it was showing this place as closed, but it's great!

Newly renovated on the first floor of Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center - it has a large selection of Hawaiian print shirts and dresses for all ages. Not only that but a variety of fabric types and cuts as well!
