Both Barbara has helped me over the phone :) And both were very helpful , I have also had help from Na Hoku Customer Service Maria. Both Barbaras , and Maria listen to all the details that I wanted 😊 Now , I am waiting for request of custom make and so happy that Maria had suggested that I email the company. I have emailed yesterday and today call. Maria had looked up email and helped me send email for a request. I am really excited ^_^ Thank you Na Hoku for having amazing workers and great customer service. I can't wait to hear back from Na Hoku ♡

I am so happy ^__^ , with Maria helping me send my request Na Hoku has replied same day , October 29, 2019. As she says , she does ! Sent request and contract to Ala Moana. When I walked into Na Hoku , Beth has greeted me and helped me finish up the contract. Maria and Beth were very patient with me with the questions I had. Beth let me look at the necklaces we have gone back and forth at least 2 , 3 times and she made sure the necklace I am buying is the one I am wanting. Making sure the color and shimmer diamond is the size I want. The necklace chain is very sparkely ! I love everything about the Wave Shimmer necklace ~ I am truly excited.

Great customer service but the craftmanship is terrible. I will never purchase from here again. We purchased an expensive ring about a year ago and it is the 3rd time now that the stone has fallen out of the setting. The first time it fell was not too long after the purchase and we could not find the stone but they understood and replaced the stone with no issues. So, I was thankful for that but over the past year the stone has fallen out of the setting twice again. The next two times I was able to find the stone at home and at work. (after looking everywhere) They have taken the ring back to the factory and said it has been reset and fixed but obviously not if keeps falling out. Beware with our purchases here. Stones...

I bought a Koa wood watch from here and the knob opened up on me underwater. Bad luck but sometimes stuff happens. I took it back to the store to get it fixed and they sent it out. It comes with a three year warranty. To fix a battery driven movement they said it would be over half the cost of the watch. They sent it back to me way more damaged than I sent it in. One of the screws on the back is slightly stripped, the dial is so rusted it can't even be threaded back in, and the second hand is detached from it's mount. Do not ever buy a watch from Na Hoku. They don't stand by their product which is proof that they themselves have no pride...
