Small stop in the Ala Moana Mall that has a variety of games that you think the kids should love, but Jungle Fun has a dark secret.

Despite the overly expensive tokens, and games that are programmed with unfair algorithms, if you do happen to hit a bonus or jackpot they stop any additional jackpot tickets from being applied to your card. You see there is a very tiny sign (1”x4”) by the registers (not at each game clearly for everyone to see) that states this unfair ‘rule’.

After spending $50 and having my two boys win three jackpots, we were disappointed to find out that two 2400 ticket jackpots didn’t count because of the store’s rule.

We then went over to Lucky Strike at the other end of the mall afterwards and brought this to their attention; they said this is completely unfair and against the Gaming Commission’s policies. We will not be returning to Jungle Fun simply because my children stated they do not like the high prices, poor algorithms, poor ticket rewards, and prizes. It’s amazing places like this will...

The initial concern was grandpa put $50 on my niece's "VIP" card just prior to the whole COVID mess. My sis recently noticed the back of the card says "credits loaded on this card will be forfeited if not used within 12 months." I called Jungle Fun and spoke to the on-site manager who told me Jungle Fun's corporate office would not extend cards due to the pandemic, since their facility was only closed for a total of 3 months. I initially posted a negative review and Mr. Shauf quickly reached out to clarify. The language on the back in question only pertains to promotional cards. My niece is thrilled to know she still has $48.50 on her card and it won't expire. Mahalo...

Games were fun, but it was excessively overpriced and not easy to get tickets. Prizes are low quality, and too expensive for what you get. Talk about customer service. I got a 4 port usb pod as a prize and come to find out it didn’t work. I took it back the next day for a replacement, and the employee took it back and changed it. I asked him if he could test it before I took it home, because I didn’t want to have a repeat of the day before. He took it to the back and “tested it” and said it worked. I took it home and it now doesn’t work on multiple outlets. Now I’m wondering if all of those 4 port usb pods don’t work and they still continue to sell them to their costumers.
