Nectar Life — Local services in Honolulu

It is not a practice of mine to publicly berate businesses, but in this case I want to protect the public. This company attempted to steal from me-twice!

I would give this location in Waikiki Sheraton a ZERO if I could.

12/6-I purchased $311.00 of product to be shipped to me the next day in Washington State. Was told that I would receive all items "well before Christmas".

12/20-1/2/25-Called store for 10 days-NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE.

NO VOICEMAIL at this number. There is a voicemail at their corporate office or headquarters in Las Vegas. No one calls you back.

NO STORE EMAIL ON RECEIPTS.

Exasperated, I had to call the Sheraton Hotel and speak to a manager who walked over to the store and personally asked them to call me. THE SHERATON HOTEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS STORE. THEY RENT SPACE FROM THE SHERATON. The Sheraton manager then took time out of her day to follow up with me - letting me know that someone from the store would be contacting me by phone. That never happened. I then received an email stating that I would get a refund-with no name or company name on the email.

They refunded me for the products but TRIED TO KEEP THE MONEY FOR SHIPPING-although the package was never shipped!! No shame!!

I had to keep pushing them to get the shipping money refunded to me. With that came an empty thank you and a wasted apology about how the shipping is on a separate system. Hmm, I don't work there so it's not my job to follow up on the shipping fees for items NEVER SHIPPED...

I would not recommend this place. Used car sales of body...

Wish i could rate more than 5 stars!! Truly a gem. From the products to the aesthetic. The most creative, magnificent, beautiful bath products i’ve ever seen. The store is IMMACULATE. The customer service was great!! Wish I lived closer to one of these locations I would be there every day. A bit pricy, but definitely worth it. I must add- I was in Honolulu for vacation about a month and a half ago and purchased a bunch of products from this location- upon arriving home everything was in pieces. I cried for about an hour because of how beautiful everything was and to see it in pieces was so upsetting. I considered having my boyfriend repurchase everything because of how upset I was. I reached out to Nectar myself and they are resending me the products !!!! I could not be happier. I was served an ad for these products (good job marketing team) and I had to try them. Luckily there was a location in the hotel we were staying in Waikiki. So first impression, the store is so cute. The products are super super cute. But what better is they smell good and even better than that is they are made with all natural products (vegan products) that make your skin incredibly soft!

Laura gave us a tour of the products at the sink and I’ll tell you what..immediately I could tell these products were legit! Laura was friendly and informative. She knew the product line well. She made recommendations based on what we were looking for. She even gave us coffee while we shopped lol.

This was such a great experience not only the actual products but also the excellent service! I’ll be shopping online meanwhile the brand expands and we get a store...
