I had a really bad experience here. First of all, the employees were very disrespectful towards customers and they looked very lazy to be there. In particular, this employee named ZACH has been extremely disrespectful to me since the beginning. After I bought something, I asked ZACH if i could get any stickers since my friends all got stickers, he then bluntly said that they ran out of stickers in a very disrespectful manner without looking straight at me. I then asked another employee for stickers and he gave me one in which i can clearly see that there were still a lot of stickers. Afterwards, I asked ZACH why he lied to me but he simply did not respond or even respond. His other employee then approached me furiously by asking if i had a problem. I was shocked when they had the audacity to pin the blame on me when it was clearly their fault. Aside from my experience, my friend who purchased before me also got thrown a sticker to her by the other male employee. This is clearly a sign of unprofessionalism on their part. I would like the stussy store to please advise ZACH and the other employees to not treat customers like this especially when my friends and I bought a lot of different things altogether from the store. Personally, i have been to a lot of stussy stores and luxury storesaround the world but I have never received this type of treatment before. To ZACH and the other employees, i hope you read this and realize your mistake and...
Read moreI was in Waikiki from March 26 to April 7. Here is some advise if you want to be guaranteed a Stussy Honolulu t-shirt. Be in line by atleast 630am. You will be able to buy a t-shirt. But it will also depend on how many people are ahead of you to actually get your size. I've lined up about 3 of days I was there. First day I got an army green in large, but navy and black sold out just before my turn to walk in. Another day I lined up at 730am all t-shirts sold out by the time I got in around 1130am. They only had hoodies, crewnecks, and zip up hoodies left and sizes were selling out fast. 3rd day I tried I got there around 620am. There was a good 15 people ahead of me. I got the colors and sizes I wanted. You are limited to only 3 Honolulu items only. Take note most of the people in the front of the line are usually purchasing the white or black t-shirt. You may have a shot at the navy or army green. Short summary. Be in line by atleast 630am and you should be able to get a t-shirt. Any time after that good luck getting a t-shirt. Let alone one in your size. Things maybe different when you go. But this was my experience from the 12 days I...
Read moreI recently visited Stussy Honolulu with a group of friends on a Friday evening, and to our surprise, there wasn’t a line as we had originally expected. We walked right in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member.
Despite the store being busy, with about 20-30 people inside, the staff did an amazing job tending to everyone. I was particularly impressed by how helpful and attentive they were, especially considering the size of our group. They went out of their way to assist us, checking stock multiple times to ensure I could see all the items I was interested in. Not only did they help me find exactly what I was looking for, but they also recommended pieces that fit my style perfectly.
The store itself was clean, and the clothing was easy to view, which made shopping even more enjoyable. The employees were sociable, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about making my visit as smooth as possible.
I left the store feeling great about my purchases and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend Stussy for both its great clothing and fantastic...
