This week, we had 2 refrigerators delivered and installed by the amazing team from pacific appliance group! Arvin and Kaison arrived to install and haul away our old refrigerator which located on the second floor of our home. It sounds simple enough but we have an older house with twist and turns to navigate. These two were absolute PRO’s as they worked together in unison! Unfortunately, we did have issues with installation ( like I mentioned, it’s an old house). Our team requested Junior and Hash to come over and assist and the problem was resolved in no time! I bought my kitchen appliance from Bob 6 years ago. 4-5 years in, I had an ongoing issue with my range, and Bob managed to get me warranty help even though it was past the due date. He responded quickly to my request by email even after all those years. Today, I emailed him about my lights going bad inside my fridge, and he responded immediately with a plan of action.
