Mana Musubi is a hidden gem, mostly known by locals rather than tourists. I wouldn't have discovered it if I hadn't walked my dog in the morning and noticed people waiting in line for their onigiri. Having worked at a Japanese onigiri shop in New York, I understand the importance of the ingredients and the effort put into making each musubi. I can taste the quality of the Japanese ingredients, along with the local ones, which makes this the best onigiri I've had in Hawaii!
