Thank you Sabrina and Renee for doing my hair! I am so so happy with the result, I’m still smiling from ear to ear with the new look. So happy with how it turned out. So many previous hair salons that just disappointed me and did NIL to my hair. I had black/blonde failed ombré hair and no hair salon satisfied my expectations. Even tho I showed the girls a pic of what I wanted, after the finished looked I actually fell in love even tho it didn’t 100% match the picture. I realised my ideal look was a bit too warm and orange, they described and explained things perfectly to me and everything was great! Every second was worth it, the funny convos, free Jamba Juice and the short amount of time it took to do my hair! Sabrina I wish we could be best friends you’re great to talk to and we’re so alike in so many ways, you make me laugh and you’re so beautiful inside and out! Seriously I wish I could live in Hawaii just to have you as my hair stylist (I’m from Australia). I have mistreated my hair immensely (read full review for further horror details). It was so fried that it looked like corgi butt hair! By some amazing magic Erin Buchtrup brought it back to life and made my hair feel beautiful again! It’s the healthiest most beautiful cut, color, condition I’ve ever had! She spent hours with my hair! It’s honestly better than I could have ever imagined! I am so grateful! The experience was amazing! Erin is also an intelligent conversationalist! She gave me CUSTOMIZED tips on styling and care! tips that kept my budget and time in mind which was brilliant! My hair was a serious challenge and she handled it like a pro! I literally set it on fire last Thursday(it was an accident while fire dancing)... Before that I bleached it and box colored it! I was ditched by another hair salon with my bridal party on my wedding day 9 am and Kira came to rescue even originally she was having a day off scheduled on that day. She said she can't let a bride hanging there so she make it work with an 11 am appointment after I told her about my situation. And I am actually happy everything happened as it did because I can't have better bridal hair-do and make ups without Sanctuary Salon. Both me and my mom are Asian and my mother in law is American and all of our make ups are perfect. Kira is a hand down make up artist and so amazing I would highly recommend bridal parties book with her because she's 200% reliable and give you the best hairdo and make up.
