Always friendly staff...the only disappointing thing is that they discontinued Coocoo Coconut...Manny recommended Fair Grounds and I'm really happy that he did. That's why I like when Manny is working he always asks the right questions and I've never been disappointed with any of my purchases. Whether it was for a device, liquid or accessories he always seems to nail it for what I'm looking for and is very patient with me. Manny is always very friendly and very knowledgeable with all products (which is amazing since there are so many devices and liquids) and he literally seems to know about all of them and always explains the pros and cons between the different devices you may be interested in and asks questions to try and help you find the best device for your needs that is in the price range you are looking to spend. I buy and love Volcano products, but I just HATE poor customer service!! I called to get the pricing of some items that a friend would be picking up for me and the girl who answered the phone at first sounded very polite saying, "Thank so much for calling Volcano, Brandy speaking", but then..... She had an attitude in her tone of voice when I asked her if I could get a total amount on some items that a friend would be picking up for me. Now first of all, if you don't like your job... THEN QUIT! Second I spend a lot of money there as well as family and friends.... I DESERVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brandy, I'm sorry that your unhappy at job or if I asked too much from you, but I do hope you realize that without customers like me or my friends & family, you have no job! I will be passing this along so that hopefully your higher ups see that you may need a little more training in your customer...

It’s always a good visit when going to the kapahulu shop. They are the only ones who carry my type of coil. The staff there is very relaxed and fun to visit. Not uptight, but willing to have a few laughs. And that matters to me. Never making me feel like I’m just a dollar sign. Always making me feel welcomed. I also noticed that the other customers are having a good time with the staff. The staff (cari is my regular helper) is very knowledgeable and always good with suggestions as well had knowing their products. They are close my home and work so it’s very much convenient.
