This is the most disgusting dim sum places I’ve ever been to. The restaurant looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years with layers of dust on the air vents, half cleaned dishes, a dirty and green fish tank, dead bugs stuck in the lights, and rat poop in the bathroom (I posted pictures but google I believe deleted my rat poop picture). I stilled stayed determined to get my dim sum fix but the service was awful. Each lady with their cart would walk by and offer 1-3 items and start to walk away before showing the rest of the cart. When ever we stopped them to ask about the other things or Oder from the menu they would roll their eyes. As we rounded the end of the dim sum service the servers began “cleaning” the carts in the middle of the restaurant, brushing food off the cart and on the the floor. This is probably why they have rats in the restaurant, they just brush crumbs to the ground for the rats to clean it up later. They would go around picking up the sauces on the tables reaching over people, food, etc. A lady reached over me and was so close I could smell her BO and her hair brushed my forehead, it was such an awkward experience my table and I all laughed. The awful thing was, it wasn’t even that good. For the unhygienic restaurant and what we could see of the kitchen plus the rude waitresses who would eat snacks from their pocket and whip their mouth with their hands just before dropping our plates off, the dim sum was...

Hadn't visited since shelter-in-place took effect and decided to stop in on Memorial Day just to see if we could pick up dim sum without phoning ahead... YES! Even if it was after the lunch hour at around 2 p.m., most of our cravings were satisfied with our requested items available, with just a few of the fried things like taro and garlic eggplant that weren't. The workers are usually swift with their speaking and moving around, as we have learned you have to flag and stop them whenever you get the chance, but this time the woman helping us was really attentive and suggested a lot of items... i think because they wanted to sell as many things as they could: noodles, hot dishes, roast duck... The sign outside said takeout and no cash, but when we paid and were ready to charge the bill, they asked if we wanted to pay cash and offered the discount (they used to offer in the past). They seemed well organized and had the waiting chairs in the dining area spaced out for customer safety. Glad we were able to enjoy and support them at...

We have been going here for over 8 years and have been remiss is writing a review. Cantonese Chinese food in shopping complex with a Times Supermarket and Subway. Food is good but not great. Staff can have hit or miss days but it is a Chinese restaurant so I don't expect superior service. Favorite items are dim sum, salted fished fried rice, mapo tofu and pineapple buns (baked plain and with custard filling). Reminds me of the many Chinese restaurants in LA, San Francisco and Boston Chinatown. There is a convenient takeout window but they use the front entrance now due to the pandemic. We still go every couple of weeks because I can't justify going out to eat week but I would if I could. Haven't been to Waialae location yet but hope it...
