I use electric cig roller to roll my cigs and i used to live closer to the shop in colonial heights and when i moved here this place said they would keep the tubes and type of tobacco i used at first they did since 4 mo ago every-time i go in there they dont have the tubes i need and say we ordered them but they keep sending us the wrong ones. I dont believe it cause any company that orders a product and gets something else will call the disruptor right away. also they have hired a rude lady in the last few months and if i go there for anything i look for the older lady if shes not there and the rude one is im out we spend good money not to be treated so rude. Worst customer service ever!! Gave me the wrong stuff for my vape I bought there, tried to return it and employee lied saying she told me I had 2 days to return, which she didn't. This woman had no knowledge of vapes and no business selling them when you can't return. Of course I got upset, so she called the manager and he made an exception. She gave me my refund, but then would not give me my receipt. She walked away and began telling other customers my situation and I was getting on her nerves.
