I rarely give a full five stars, so when I do then that means they really are great. I have never gone in there and not find exactly what I want. Many times, I go looking for a favorite of mine and they’ll have something that even better! They literally have more products of any other beauty supply I’ve been in. They are always clean and very nice. Sometimes they don’t greet me when I go in but I really don’t care about that since I see how busy they are. Also because they are very nice when I’m checking out which tells me that they focus all of their attention to the customer I’m front of them at that time. Their service e has never faltered. They return policy is listed differently on the receipt vs the posted “sign” in the store. I came back the next day with unopened/unused/uncut hair that was sold to me as 100% human hair. They only would offer an exchange despite the posted time at purchase and prior to commencement of the transaction it states I would get a refund if the item is not electrical. This beauty supply store is full of bs! I went their yesterday to return a wig that I had purchased the following Saturday.. I called and talked to a lady on the phone and she said that I could exchange it but when I got there it was a different story ! I didn’t have time to purchase another wig and I wasn’t trying to spend more many than I came their for .. the hair was for prom and I simply didn’t like it so I wanted to exchange it for something but they’re so money hungry they didn’t let me exchange it 😂 Won’t come...
