Got here at 9 am for a 10 am appt. The guard pointed me to the wrong shipping office, who then yelled at me for being at the wrong office. Once I gig checked in at the right office I was told to wait for a door until 11am at which point they put me in a door and proceed to break down each pallet individually for the next 6 hours. When questioned, the guy in the office told me, "we use robots, its technology!" What is the point if it slowest the entire process down to a craw, and then you still charge a bumper fee on...

The management doesn’t seem to be serious about the reviews!I do not trust any review unless the same happens with me.There are plenty of bad reviews about this company.At first I didn’t believe them.I checked in at around 5.50am .Got the door at around 11am.Truckers arrived after me got unloaded and left!I missed my today’s pick up😡.I still don’t know what time I get free...
