Took my 6 year old to dinner today (11/3). We got there around 5:30 and were seated by 5:45 or so. Sat for almost 10 mins before waiter came. We ordered shrimp scampi and the soup salad and breadsticks with two cokes. Took him another 10 mins to get the drinks salad and breadsticks. He gave us no plates for the salad initially. I finished my soup and he never asked if I wanted more. About 15 mins later my daughters food comes out. She eats maybe two bites and has to use the restroom. We were gone 3 minutes tops and when we got back to the table our food and drinks were GONE. The waiter seemed to have no idea and said they would re make the shrimp scampi. I was already finished eating. He didn’t even bring us our drinks (we had barely drank any of our drinks) and only gave my daughter a spoon for her shrimp scampi. We then asked for dessert - strawberry cream cake. He brought us boxes for the leftovers and strangely brought us dessert in a to go box with a sticker I paid no mind to. I did think it strange he would bring it in a box. They did discount our food but not much. I paid and we went home. When we got home my daughter wanted the cake. I looked more closely at the sticker and it said USE BY END OF DAY THURSDAY! This was a whole 24 hours later which is disgusting. My daughter had already started eating and ended up spitting it out because the strawberries were SPOILED!!! I am disgusted with the service we received as well as past date food we were given. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen and totally unacceptable. Do better, Olive Garden!!!

First let me say, the new Olive Garden on 2402 Easton road in Willow Grove, PA is clean, very large and beautiful! On our first visit, my husband ordered the Chicken Scampi and the Bellini Peach iced tea. He enjoyed his entree and salad. No complaints, not even with the Peach Bellini iced tea. It cost $4.25, and it did not include a frozen peach at the bottom, but nonetheless, the sweet, artificial flavored beverage, was tolerable! However, if you have dietary restrictions, and you are also gluten free, this Olive Garden is probably not for you! Only two sauce choices, one with a mystery meat, or a Marinara sauce that is excessively salty, and extremely spicy. Regrettably, my choice was the Marinara! Their one gluten free pasta option was Rotini, which was dry, and definitely a boxed pasta. (See pictures!) They also offered one GF soup, with a mystery meat, or a salad with your entree. Which one should I choose? No debate, the salad was fresh, and the Italian dressing was okay! Of course, NO gluten free desserts either! Disappointing! Shout out to Jack, our waiter. He did an awesome job! Thank you! Like I stated, if you have dietary restrictions, this Olive Garden is probably not for you? See my pictures, my husband’s entree looked delicious!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our anniversary dinner. We showed up at around 8 pm on a Wednesday, and we were seated without any wait. Our server was very friendly and we could tell he cared about doing his job well throughout the whole night. We didn't get breadsticks until our food was served and we requested them, but he was so nice about it and apologized sincerely (even though we really weren't upset). Our appetizer was the Lasagna Fritta, which, as always, was cooked perfectly, and was out very quickly. For our dinner, my date ordered the clsssic Chicken Alfredo, while I chose the build your own pasta dish, with rigatoni, 5 cheese marinara, and fried chicken as a topping. Our meals were out within minutes of us finishing our salads and appetizer, and you could tell they were very fresh. We both loved our food, and couldn't nearly finish the large servings, so we even got to take home a meal for the next day. The lighting and the temperature in the place were comfortable, the music wasn't too loud, the bathroom was clean and so was our table. Not really anything at all that I can complain about here.

🅄🄿🄳🄰🅃🄴 April 2022 (Sat night) The wait was fairly quick (probably because this isn't a huge go-to spot anymore) but was confused because as we walked back it was empty tables around. The menu has changed, it's definitely smaller than before and mostly because of the supply chain issues. Our waiter was pleasant but had zero personality. Tried joking with him to lighten the mood but he was having none of it... He was all business. He came back for drinks and only stopped by because we flagged him down every so often when he happened to be at another table near us. It wasn't like the restaurant was full. I'd even hazard a guess it was half full.

The one thing one of my guests (then others did) complained about was the cleaning of the dishes and utensils. He himself said he worked at a restaurant and they would never have used dirty or spotty utensils. I tried showing a few pictures of some we cleaned and the ones we didn't use yet. We gave them our worse one already because it had hard food on the fork prong.

The food was fairly good. The "Tour of Italy" was good, except for the dry hard parts on the chicken. I assume it was overcooked on one side? The mixed drinks a few others ordered was in their opinion "watered down". They cost a lot so they were very disappointed they were cheap on the alcohol.

My question is also, why did it take forever to get them? If the restaurant wasn't really full, I think I'd expect the drinks to be fairly easy to get to the table. The second drink they tried using the little monitor on the table you can use to pay the bill. It has a feature where you can order drinks not on the menu. Oddly enough, that too was super late. We thought our server never knew we ordered it and had to tell him to go get it because we ordered online.

Because our table was an animal about those bread sticks. I swear we ordered like almost two dozen sticks. But I know the ladies at the table wanted some to go because they didn't finish their entire meal.

When it comes down to it I think rhe service food and drinks were all average here. For a per plate Meal costing in the mid to high teens ($15-19) I kinda expect better service to go hand in hand. Especially since this used to be honestly better before COVID imo.

Going in I'm going to suggest that you only expect an ᴀᴠᴇʀᴀɢᴇ time here anything more might just be a bonus. I also wanted to add our vegan and gluten free guest could eat here. Not a ton of options but they were able to get a decent meal. Definitely not a gluten free menu unless the only thing you want is the pasta "create your own" bowl. I felt bad they didn't have as much as a selection as most of the rest of us. Sadly they are gluten allergic so it's not a choice it's more of a lifestyle for them. The waiter did try and help which was very nice of them. Definitely appreciated that advice on what they were able to order. Specifically because they cannot do milk and nuts etc. So only red sauce etc, you get the idea.

NOTE: I personally thought that the restaurant across the street was better. Go check out Tanoshi and tell them I sent you. 😏

This reply is for the future "guest relations" owner.

"Please don't ask me where my restaurant I visited was. Just look at this review."

🄾🄻🄳 🅁🄴🅅🄸🄴🅆 The wait is long at times. Not sure if Italian food is worth the wait. Depends on if you like it enough I guess. Our overall experience was good. Service was good but the fish was dry and the chicken marsala was overly sauced (if the chicken was a problem). Interesting idea to self checkout with the...

Hello, my name is Marcus. Last night I took my wife and daughter to Olive Garden in willow grove PA and it was truly the worst experience I have ever had. It started by taking a long time for us to get greeted at our table not a huge deal I'm in the service industry myself I understand sometimes you are busy. We get greeted our server doesn't mention their name takes our drink order and food order we ready to go already at this point. I asked to try the house red wine, he comes back with wine which I try in front of him and liked but he left and didn't ask if I would want a glass. It was taking a long time for him to come back so I went up to the bar for wine for me and my wife. The bartender wasn't around so another server made my drinks only the cab that I ordered she ran out of and then took a bottle that was tapped off clearly saying do not use something about the floor and said well sometimes you got to break the rules and poured that wine for my wife, she had to open another bottle for my own order as well and she broke the cork which is whatever accidents happen but it was just another thing to add on to the pile at this point. While I was doing this our server finally came back with our salad and said oh your food is also ready would you like me to bring it out? My wife said no can you give us at least 5 minutes with the salad first. I got back to the table at this point the server behind the bar had said she would get the wine added to my check but I couldn't tell her who my server was I mentioned it was a gentlemen and she said then it's rickie. When I got back my wife pointed out our salad was missing the pepper and olives but it wasn't the end of the world so I didn't say anything. I then at this point took the never ending pasta menu off the self I had placed it on the table and a piece of broken glass fell on to our table. I simply picked it up and put it back up on the ledge but was a little perturbed by this. Our food had arrived and I mentioned to rickie hey we would like another salad please but this time could it please have the pepper and olives he said oh I think we might have been out but I'll check. The pasta was great I had no complaints about that portion of the night. The next salad that came out was missing cheese this time and no peppers. I was pretty much done at this point so I was ready for our check he didn't prebus the table at all and the check didn't have our wine on it either. I reminded him hey we had wine it's not on here and handed him my card. I didn't want to complain but my wife said while we were walking out to just go back in and at least bring it to the attention of the manager. I went back in to explain what had happened and the manager was obviously shocked by the experience I had but then didn't do anything, just thanks for the feedback we will improve with this. I've worked in restaurants now for 10+ years and I've seen managers give things to tables for the lamest reasons. I was kinda surprised she didn't make any attempt to improve the situation at all but I guess I wasn't makin a big scene and just explaining calmly what had happened I wasn't angry enough perhaps. I won't be going back and I suggest if you like good service this location might not be for you. The food wasn't the issue so maybe take out would be a better option, that's why I gave at least a 2...

IT SEEMS LIKE AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH WAIT TIME. My 9 yr son was excited to go and celebrate his birthday with a group of 6 people. We arrived at the restaurant @630pm 7-20-19 and the lobby was filled with people (3 hostess) and with about 70% of empty tables. We were told it's a 1hour wait time. WHY? After about being there about 10-15 mins. Folks started to leave because of the restaurant's wait time. I went to the bar to have a drink at about 6:40. At about 720pm I ask the GM (Ar*) why the wait time if 70% of his tables were empty. I said I need you to admit you have staffing issue..I would not admit it. I then asked him to walk with me as I showed him all those empty tables. I still would not admit his has a staffing issue. After about repeating my self about 5x- he said if you want me to say it. Paraphrase " we have a staffing issues" the GM was a bit cocky and unprofessional as he answered me and shrugged off. In my opinion as a former restaurant manager. This place needs better management of resources. Why do you have 3 hostess? And not enough waiting staff. I seems as though you need to cross train your hostess group. As the Gm you should get involve and get out of your back room and not tell your customers. No need to bring employees in and waste labor. I don't care. You are Negatively Impacting the OLIVE GARDEN brand when folks Wait. Or have a bad experience. You may have lost a significant amount of revenue that day due to you lack of resource. YOUR ROI is capitalized on correctly. You should use your staff to customers toll to best plan your daily staffing needs. The restaurant also has a funky smell. I hope tok give this place another shot.. please fix your issues...I want to hear from the person who is reading this. At about 730pm I was seated with my group. To be over looked due to two other tables that were seated after us. I then made a decide to call kitchen bar which had no wait time. We left olive garden and went to kitchen bar. Good experience and friendly staff. My group was happy about their experiences at kitchen bar. I dropped $352 and rewarded the waiter with a...
