Extremely disappointed in Home Depot. This experience includes three different locations. I purchased a brand new $3000 Murray Cruz Zero Point mower that was delivered to my house and the mower arrived with no key, no battery, no manual, and was old peeling, and rusted. It was delivered from the Willow Grove, Pennsylvania location, and it was clearly their outdoor floor model with all of the labels peeling off whoever thought that was a good one to send needs glasses. After finally speaking to three different customer service representatives over the phone they’re only solution for me. Was to attempt to take the mower back to Home Depot, Return it, and pay for a new one. I was unable to physically tow the assembled mower on a shipping pallet back to Home Depot in my midsize SUV. I called back to arrange for it to be picked up and told them in the meantime, I’m going to a store in person to rep purchase a new one because they couldn’t exchange it. After I purchased the new mower, the store manager offered me a discount of $250 for the inconvenience of this whole thing which was kind of him. So now I had two $3000 mowers on my Home Depot credit card account. The mower was picked up the same day. The new one was dropped off, which was great. It was the only thing that was great. I got the return completed email but still no refund three weeks later and I still was not given the 250 credit of the new mower. I even called the store to follow up about the $250 credit and the manager remembered me and said he would apply it right away. Yet three weeks later still no refund still no credit and the Home Depot credit card company told me I have to contact Home Depot. I to the Home Depot store in person, wait 30 minutes for a store manager or the equivalent to show up to help me. Yes, that’s correct. It took that man 30 minutes from being paged to show up at the helpdesk. He finally arrived, I gave him a brief explanation, and he looks at both of my orders and informed me that the refund while being initiated was never processed, he said, for some reason, the refund was pending at a store that I never even went to or involved in this purchase. He was thankfully able to initiate the refund finally after three weeks through his register, which I’m still waiting to see reflected in my credit card. He also applied the $250 credit that the first manager told me he was applying twice now. Both these managers were kind but this whole system is extremely incompetent. Every facet of this order from start to finish has been the most annoying retail shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. Once all of this is reflected on my credit card account I plan to pay it off immediately forgetting the 24 month interest free for the sake of closing this Home Depot credit card account because of how absolutely ridiculous this whole thing has been. There is zero communication between Home Depot stores, warehouses, and even managers and employees. Every person I spoke to should’ve had records of everything I talked about online yet I still had to re-explain this situation every time I talk to someone new. The store manager’s Brian, and Thomas at the Oxford Valley, Pennsylvania store were both kind and helpful, as was the associate Fran, who rang me up for the second purchase of the mower. But kindness aside, no one offered me the solution of bringing a replacement mower and picking up the old one without me having to pay, again for a new mower. If I was offered the ability of an exchange without having to re-purchase it, this whole scenario wouldn’t exist.. I have spent probably over $50,000 at Home Depot remodeling my home from 2021 to 2025. I honestly don’t ever plan to buy any major appliance, or any big ticket item ever again...

On July 15th I brought a Samsung Gas Dryer and Samsung Washer. I asked if this was in stock and it was. Stayed there almost two hours for the order to be completed because the associate was having computer issues which she finally had to call a manager to assist. I arranged for this to be delivered today August 23rd as we moved into a new place over the past week. On Thursday I confirmed ever delivery I arranged and took time off of work to be home for the deliveries. Ordered and paid for a refrigerator at Lowes two weeks ago and that fridge was delivered on Saturday Aug 20th in the exact time frame no problem. On Friday August 19th the day after I confirmed all deliveries I get a call telling me that there was a delay and couldn’t be delivered until the end of September. I called back Home Depot and the person I spoke to could care less oh and I paid over $1600 for this. She couldn’t take the time to help me or assist me with possibly finding me another product to have delivered on the day I needed this. So I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. No problem the order was cancelled on Friday the 19th. Then Sunday August 22 I get a call and the voice mail tells me I need to get my refund by going to the store in person and verify who I am to get store credit put back on a gift card. Mind you this was my 50th birthday gift. I didn’t pay with just a gift card I also financed some of this by opening a credit card up with Home Depot and used my debit/Visa card for the rest. The hassle and aggravation I have had to deal with on the day I purchased the washer and dryer back on July 15th and now this past weekend the weekend where I was busy moving I get the message that I have to come physically to the store to get my refund. I never want to ever step foot in any Home Depot after this ever! Lowes will get my business going forward as they were so amazing’ professional and extremely helpful. Two weeks after purchase I had my fridge. Over one month the washer and dryer I ordered unable to be delivered until the end of September when it was confirmed after my phone that I would get what I ordered delivered on Monday Aug 23 which is today. On and I have the receipt of what I should be getting back which is more then what my voice mail said. Unbelievably terrible customer service and lack of care to...

This is the 3rd time I've been to Home Depot in the Willow Grove this week. I have been to the store so many times and have left frustrated on numerous occassions. The last visits with the help of these 2 gentlemen Vince and Chris has made me an avid Home Depot shopper and say GOOD BYE to Lowes. Both visits, I took the extra time to ask to speak to the Manager. It's kind of amusing because when you ask for a manager they give you the 3rd degree why, where and what for. I don't know about most of you but when they do that it just annoys me to no end. When the manager approached I looked at him and said relax, it's good. Once I told him about Vince he was thrilled and said great guy he would share the news. Yesterday I went back and met Chris. Chris not only walked around with me to get all the items that I needed (because there is no other associateds to be found). I did the typical girl thing and pulled up YouTube. Chris was so kind and cared enough to see exactly what I wanted to build and helped me get every item I needed to create my project. I went back again today because the machine was broken for cutting the wood, we joked about everything being shut down the store was dead. He did the same thing as yesterday, searched through all the wood and got me more so I could do two of my project instead of one. Yesterday I told the store manager how good he was but today I actually called Home Depot corporate. If you need lumber or anything in that department make sure to ask for Chris or Vince before you get frustrated and leave. I judged the store for never having enough employees and just not caring but the last 2 days I took the time to realize how sweet these 2 indivuals were as were the cashiers. To the corporate home depot, maybe you should start giving monetary rewards/bonuses to associates with good reviews. If it wasn't for them I would walk down and gave an absolute horrible review one person tells 10 people those people tell 20 people, etc. Now home depot and bussleton Avenue in northeast Philadelphia... that's just...

First of all I only go to this Home Depot if I have no other option but today I wanted to rent a skid steer so I drove there the kid helping me had no idea what he was doing I asked to keep the machine for a week and then he told me that a week actually means 3 days. Then I went outside to hook up the trailer and then the machine was not properly strapped to the trailer and one tire was flat so I told him that I didn’t want to haul it like that because it was unsafe so the old man inside said that it is my responsibility to strapped it and make it safe wich I agree but someone that doesn’t know what they are looking at will just drive away like that ending up killing him self or someone else on the road all because they don’t want to do their jobs. So would give them a -10 stars if I could save your self trouble and just go to Warrington.

This is the stock of 2 x 3 aluminum downspouts. There were many more that i had to pull out before i got the anything usable. Come on HD, this is bad. UPDATE 7/27/2018 Went to get 6" x 1" fascia wrap. Home Depot App says they have 25. Get to store and all 25 are damaged. I mean really damaged. I took pictures and you can see they are all damaged. So i pulled them all out and displayed them for photos. Wouldn't you know. The department guy came and put them all back. Sorry for him, but come on. You can't expect these to sell. HD i posted about the downspouts before. But the staff is great.
