I had A TERRIBLE Experience ! With the Owner in Asking a Question , before and After I Paid , I was watching how a Customer as About Stamp App for their Business for Discount off , IAM Black and Didn’t want it to Be A Black & White Thing ) She was able to get the Discount and I Wasn’t , The Owner Said Next time ,then why did she let her White and Me Black , My $ is Green , I still tip 10$ to the Person for Her Service to show appreciation, because I had Metal implant and would have gave more because she was Gentle with my Ankle ,Plus i was the Only Black Woman in there , She Never Answered ,the Other Customers was Trying to Make me feel Comfortable, And I said This is Business and There was No reason To Treat me this Way , This Is Everyone World , No Matter Color , We Really Dont Own Nothing , Breath or the Air U Breathe) , And U Never Know Who U could be Entertaining , I feel so Embarrassed, So I know She Feel The Same because Everyone Look was Looking like Why .. One Person Said She Didn’t Understand maybe , then Why have the Sign Up there , 🤔 The Way U treat a Person , Will Come back On U , Respect Goes Both Ways ,As My $ Some people Get to Comfortable in Business , then When Something Happens then they Wonder why , It’s A First time for Anything No Matter how Long U R in Business , i will not Encourage her Business , Someone had said Don’t Go there .. But that was their Opinion Now I See Why and This Person Was Of Color , and One of My Grandsons is Marry to A Asia .. Love Has No COLOR!! And IAM of all Nationalities.. TERRIBLE!!! IAM Appall U didn’t Apologize or Care about Me , and the Way I was Treated and Paid, as Well as Everyone other Customer, How would U feel if U we’re ignore in Asking a Question ,It’s Like U don’t Care about Me , Or why not Care about The Whole Situation or how I was Treated As Well !.. Chose this place on a whim based on reviews and they were exactly as wonderful as I expected! Took my friend out for a relaxing girls mani & spa pedi to help her relax her weary, new-momma hands and feet. For context, We're in our early 30s, we work hard and like to treat ourselves to random spa and other trips so we've been to a few places in the area... I scheduled appts for a Saturday in July, so I'm not sure how easy it is for walk ins but the environment was very calm and they seemed to have extra ppl on hand.

We were greeted the second we entered, directed where to go after picking colors (pretty large selection including Essie and other top brands), there we clear dividers between us and others for health/ safety which we appreciated & I'm sure our neighbors did too bc we were chatting the whole time 😅 Anyways, the nail techs were professional, very polite and happy, they did a few massage techniques I had never had before - and loved! The polish turned out great- neither of us did gel or tips so no review on that, no pain during the experience (some places over file or nick your skin), the women were very careful moving all my items for me as they floated all around my massage chair doing both the mani and pedi. Usually places make you switch to a reg chair for the mani but here you stay in the comfy chair which was a great change of pace (maybe part of the spa pedi?)

The building itself is much larger than you'd expect from the outside, high ceilings so airflow is great, lots of chairs and space for customers to spread out, cute wall decor & light flowery stuff all around. I’ve been going to Floris in Horsham for the past three years and they do such an amazing job every time! The spa is so relaxing and they offer great natural services. I always get gel manicures when I go and they’re truly one of the only nail spas out there where I trust all of their nail techs! I often see a different nail tech every time I go just because my schedule is inconsistent, but I always leave happy and they all do such a great job! I do wish they had more gel colors to choose from/wish I could get dip powder done here - but the color selection they have is good.
