Update, November, 2024: I am not happy with two of the employees there - it wasnât Juliana who has great reviews here), but the manager, Rossi is wonderful. Heâs the reason for the 1 star. He put A LOT of time and effort into fixing the mess one of the employees made, and he was professional, patient, kind, and attentive to my situation. (I wasnât receiving the $1000 discount I was entitled to) I will continue to use the store to support the manager, but I will only go in there if he will be there that day.
Update, August 2024: Had a wonderful experience getting a new phone with Maia. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, and a tremendous help overall. I needed to return to the store two days later, but Maia wasnât there, and another associate helped me. Frankly, my experience with that individual was not pleasant at all. She gave me incorrect information which was upsetting and which meant wasting a lot of my time. She was neither understanding nor caring about my situation. Still, I give the store a 5-star review because the manager, Rossi, made everything right for me and couldn't have been more supportive or helpful. My husband's phone was stolen and while in the process of buying a new phone at an AT&T store in Center City, the Assistant Manager deactivated my phone, which is on the same account. When my husband called the store in Center City to get my phone turned back on he was told that I had to take my phone to an AT&T store to get a new SIM card and that the deactivation rendered my current SIM card useless. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. In steps Steve at the AT&T store in Horsham to the rescue. I called the store first to see if they would be able to help me. I spoke to Steve and he assured me he would be able to help. I went in after work and Steve was able to see me right away. It turned out that there was more to the issue than just a new SIM card. The Center City store really did a number on our account. Steve spent 45 minutes on the phone with the back office getting everything straightened out for me. My son was getting a new phone, we were told by the manager that he could trade in his old phone. The manager said $350 credit for trade in. He looked at my sons phone, and took off the case. My son asked him if the crack on the screen would effect trade in. The manager said no absolutely not. We would get $350 credit. No problem! 6We had to get new phone delivered because it was not in stock I came back with trade in phone 2 days later. The manager is saying no way are we crediting you with a cracked screen. I absolutely couldn't believe it!! He completely refused to credit our account! He denied ever saying he would credit us with a screen that had a crack.. Liar!! My husband called At&t.
