We were passing through town doing the tourist thing during the time of COVID and I desired some cigars. Debbie the proprietor this shop was very friendly and helpful. She explained their strict health policies as her space is very cramped, which was no problem for us, we’re happy when any small business is able to stay open and conduct business.
I was looking for a specific box/brand of cigars which they don’t carry, Debbie graciously pointed me at a list of her wares which while limited was suitable for my desires. After chasing her in and out of the store a few times to see what I was buying we settled on a box and made the deal.
After our business was finished she had us wait and she went inside and brought out some small gifts for my wife and me. Then she gave us a local map and a curated list of sites we’d like to see based upon our tastes.
All in all I’d call Debbies small shop very well run and say that she is a fine example of a proprietor for a service business like this.
Thank you Debbie for your assistance today and we hope you have a long and prosperous tenure in front of...
Read moreI stopped into Churchill’s Cigar Lounge in Hot Springs while visiting and was blown away. The place has such a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Lots of comfortable seating, good music, and just the right atmosphere to kick back and enjoy a cigar.
The humidor is impressive—they’ve got one of the best selections I’ve seen in the area, with everything from classic brands to some harder-to-find sticks. The staff really know their stuff, too. I told them what I usually smoke and they gave me a couple of recommendations that ended up being perfect.
What makes Churchill’s stand out is that it’s more than just a shop—it’s a real cigar lounge experience in Hot Springs. Great drinks, friendly people, and an overall spot where you actually want to hang out, not just buy and leave.
If you’re into cigars or just want a cool place to relax with friends, I’d definitely put Churchill’s at the top of your list in...
Read moreWonderful and classy cigar lounge. Came visiting the wonderful town of Hot Springs for the first time and i stumbled upon this lounge. I'm coming from Dallas and wanted to drive through the historic hwy 7 after passing throigh hot springs.
Other than the classy vibe and the aroma of tobbacco, the woman (seems like the owner) that works there is a terrific, down-to-earth type of person you just want to sit down and get to know. She pointed me towards the visitor center nearby where i picked up a map with all the best places to drive roads for bikers. She also provided a map that shows the area around the shop.
Plenty of cigars to choose from. No habanas (hard to find nowadays) but plenty of great alternatives it seems. Ended up trying a Hecho a mano Royal Selection.
Wonderful service. Wonderful vibe. Highly recommend coming here if you want to grab a tasty smoke and relax. 5/5...
