Spa Muffler shop is the best muffler shop in town! I just stopped in for an estimate after getting screwed by Muffler Plus across from Atwood's. Bought my own parts, paid a lot for what they did actually do then it ce out sounding 100% worse after changing entire exhaust system. Converter, which he made his money on, a resonator, and muffler! It was rattling so load and got louder as I drove! Awful fallow up on finishing the job. Then I stopped at Spa Muffler Services. After a few minutes of the owner and staffs "above and beyond" evaluation and quick drill and weld, the minor issue that sound majorly bad was gone!!! And they were so quick and efficient as well as knowledgeable, the didn't charge this hard working mom a dime!!! What a huge blessing! Who does that? Business owmers that know how to earn your business!!! I've been in Hot Springs 20 years, and this is my new Muffler shop period!! Highly recommended for a fair deal and top notch customer service! Very impressive...

Our muffler broke off near the engine header and all of the exhaust brackets holding things on to the bottom of the car were rusted out completely (Car is from the North). It could have set us back a lot of money. The new part alone would have been several hundred dollars. The guys at Spa Muffler fixed it for 300. When I dropped off the car, I told them I wasn't under any time constraint and could get it whenever- tomorrow, the day after, or a week later. They said it would be done that day and then from 8:30AM to 11:00 they fixed it! It wasn't a small job either. I was glad everything went so well and so smoothly. I'll be taking all future...

Have a wonderful 1955 Plymouth Belvedere that I use as a daily driver. It need a new exhaust system, so after reading the reviews, I took it in to Justin McCoy and Will Kimton at Spa Muffler Service. Took them all of 40 minutes to install a new system from exhaust manifold to tail pipe, including multiple bending of the exhaust up and over the right rear axle. System was also seamlessly welded, not clamped, and sounds like the burble of a good old fashioned V8. Price is right, service is superb, and I couldn’t be more...
