AMAZING, MAGICAL, ROMANTIC! Came for our mini-moon after eloping in Little Rock. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner, August and his staff Janiel were great. August is so friendly and knowledgeable about the area, he renovated the house and carriage house himself and has some cool stories about it. He gave us great recommendations for the area. Janiel makes a delicious breakfast that met our dietary restrictions (gluten free and pork free). It was delivered to our kitchenette area each morning without us having to interact, which was great since we were waking up and getting ready as it arrived. We stayed on the first floor of the carriage house. It was the perfect space for us. Close to downtown, a short maybe 10 minute walk- allowed us to have our car parked somewhere safe and off the street, and avoid paying for parking in the downtown areas. We were able to walk to hike the trails, walk down bathhouse row, and go in and out throughout the days/nights between activities. The carriage house and property are so peaceful and quiet which was a great contrast from the bustling downtown area. Anything we needed was just a quick call or text to the owner and it was brought straight to our suite. The public bathhouses are great but we didn’t make reservations and the walk ins were filled up- so we enjoyed a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub of the carriage house and it was perfect for us to enjoy the hot springs water in the comfort of our suite. I would highly recommend the Spring Street Inn to anyone who’s looking to visit Hot Springs. We will definitely be back and hope to bring our family with in the future to experience this amazing bed & breakfast and beautiful history filled town. 10/10.

Beautiful historic restored home, housekeeping and breakfast exceptional. Grounds and gardens provide beautiful setting for outdoor relaxation. Each room own bath! Walk to shopping and bath houses. Free and easy parking. One drawback, security not as rigid as your 3 star hotel, a consideration if traveling alone.

We came here for the first time in 2007. We have only stayed in the 2nd floor of the carriage House, but we love it every time. There are so few places that you can go nowadays and get such a great experience. We feel so special every time we come here.

My significant other and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Spring Street Inn in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who made us feel instantly at home. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

We booked the Magnolia Suite, and wow what a beautiful space. The room was elegant, cozy, and full of character. From the high ceilings to the charming antique touches and the incredibly comfortable bed, everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. Waking up there each morning felt like a dream.

And speaking of mornings the breakfast was phenomenal. Each day began with a freshly prepared meal that was both delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell they put love and care into everything they serve.

The entire experience was peaceful, romantic, and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate some quality time together. If you’re looking for a charming and intimate escape with top-tier service, stunning accommodations, and truly wonderful food, Spring Street Inn is it. We’ll definitely be...

My 10 year old daughter and I traveled to Hot Springs for a girls trip. We stayed 2nd floor of the carriage house. That was what we were told was available, but once we got there, we were the only ones there. I'm assuming it's easier than cooling the entire house if several rooms aren't booked. The interior of the room was wonderful and exactly like the pictures. Large comfy bed, nice sitting area, and beautiful bathroom. ||The exterior of the property needs updating/renovating badly, but it does not affect the quality of the stay. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint and landscaping needs to be completely re-done. Owner mentioned they were working on it. The owner/couple appear to be only staff, and they are attentive and helpful. ||Conveniently located, and you can walk to Bath House Row from the property. ||Overall, wonderful, quiet place for the price of a hotel. Much more comfy, cozy, and private than a hotel. Also, breakfast served to the room (in our case first floor entrance kitchen area). Breakfast was good, convenient, and more than...
