Mountain View Heights — Local services in Hot Springs

I have moved in here now 2 months or 3 months . I'm not sure .I have quit having people even visit. Because people are complaining about .me having people overnight .I am not doing that. Someone knocked loudly And rudely on my door someone went and told the office I have been having multiple people here. That's not true . The person that is running to the office . Saying my dogs are peeing on the balcony .they are not .the one person is doing the complaining .well her dog barks constantly.my dogs do not .my dogs are good dogs .maintenance security are very rude. They wanted to check my apartment this morning. On October 30th . Wanted to come on my apartment to see if I had people in there which I did not .I stay to my self .they are trying to kick me out . But I corrected the problem . I know who is saying all this. I have had one or two people come visit me . That's my son .and my friend Jessica . . That is the only two whobhas come to see me. I ran off the people that are not supposed to be here. So I'm gonna complain about the neighbor in 805 her dog barks constantly.but I don't complain I don't complain about anything . I have a complaint about the staff being rude to me . I'm not comfortable here every step I make I feel l ike I'm under a microscope. That needs to stop .the activity director was hollering to me excuse me excuse me.she saked me if I had people up there . I said no maam it's just me up there . I'm allowed company .I don't appreciate the maintaince people said to one of my former friends that he looked homeless and his dog is not allowed up here .because they stated to him your dog will bite someone . And he will run off and leave her . He doesn't have a vehicle ..they wanted to shake him down and look for drugs on him . All he was doing bringing me food . Well needless to say .I stopped him from coming uhere . As well . Then I got a violation notice about having multiple prpple here .that's not happening anymore . Then I got another violation notice about my dog peeing in the lobby . I did apologize and cleaned it up . They told me to remove my dogs immediately. Well I don't have anyone to take them for me .so I had to bring them back . I have no place for them but with me . And also was told they had a foul odor . And not being ...

Hi, let me just say my experience living there when I was 10 years old was way more accurate and on point with the landlord & maintence. Now I'm 21. There has been different people in and out of that office. But let me begin by saying it was NEVER this bad as I visit my sisters house. She has recently told me that the landlord lady (don't know her name) was warned about the issues my sister had in her apartment prior to the days it has happened. Problems that have not been fixed are: a big hole patched up with white paint rather than fixing it whenever they shower the water drains down from it, the stove, cracks that haven't been patched up right and that's how bugs get inside the apartment, how their was cockroaches everywhere when she first moved in to check the place, and now her AC isn't working. She had to go to our dads place to just take my niece and nephew into a better place. For the sake of them she's been waiting for the maintence man to come fix the issues that have been occurring day in and day out. This doesn't even deserve a rating. They are below 1 star in all honesty. That's how poorly this apartment complex has become. Best believe I'm very upset due to the fact that my niece and nephew are too young to be living under a disgusting, filthy, unreasonable, lazy, not taken care of place. Those are her kids! I've also heard recent people who have lived here too, that complain about their issues as well and haven't gotten resolved til this day. Just disgusting & disturbing to hear about. I’ve been staying here for almost a year now, and I love my apartment (it’s remodeled, and you can definitely tell, because it looks VEEY NICE, nice neighbors, kid friendly neighborhood(lots of kids around), my daughter is so in love with the park that’s near by. If you’re looking for a place to move to, I would definitely recommend these apartments, However if your having any problems or have any questions I highly recommend when you call the office to ask to speak to Kendra or Stacey, because there is a women named SHERYL that also “works” in their office, and she is HORRIBLE ( she always claims she is to busy to tend to whatever you’re calling about, and when you ask to speak to someone else she will not give them the phone, whenever I need maintenance or for example a new key made, she will say she is to busy to actually deal with me at the moment, but if I call and actually get ahold of Kendra or Stacey my problems can be resolved within the same hour.. As I stated already I love my apartment, I love the neighborhood and Kendra and Stacey are such amazing people, but beware of Sheryl because she will give you a headache, it’s ridiculous how she acts like she never wants to actually do her job, and as I said before I’ve been there for almost a year now and Sheryl has never done anything for me but give me a hard time, my opinion I don’t know why she is there .. overall I would recommend this...
