Ms. Gina Dante is a gift to Cleos! She quickly helped me locate exactly what I was wanting, I tried out the Beauty Rest mattresses. Then tried the pretty mattress, that was softer and less expensive but was no comparison to the Beauty Rest. Decided to buy with adjustable base. Then she found the 4 recliners I needed for my TV room. They were perfect as 2 were in a love seat & fit the room of the house I was moving into perfectly. Everything i mentioned she knew exactly what would work for me! That was last week!!!! Well, last Friday I found out the house deal fell through so I stopped in today to tell Gina my situation that I would be staying in my current home. I still wanted the love seat recliners & now I needed a long, narrow table for my new larger TV (mine went out Friday). She showed me several tables that will work great for my TV. Prices were really good, she pointed out the features of each. Difficult decision, but I'm so pleased! Purchased several things today that I'm looking forward to having in my home. We unboxed it in our yard and brought it into the house one of the built in cup holders came out we had to hot glue that back in but then we also realized that some of fake stitching was coming up. We called told them what we found after unboxing it and bring it in. We where told because we boxed it already it was now considered used and they wouldnt let return or exchange it. Then few months go by a recliner broke there in house guy fixed it a few more months go by and the recliner breaks again plus the other sided recliner breaks at the same time. This time we had to go through the warranty company. Which took 2 months. Here i am 6 -9 months after purchaseing the couching haveing to go buy another one. Within 24 hours we went in personal to let them know that the double recliner isn’t want we had expected and asked for a refund. They then told us that “all sales are final”. They didn’t offer any help on a refund. Just a “sorry”. When going on line you will find that they take items back within 30 days. We don’t normally complain about much and understand situations. Not to mention that all of our items that we purchased came in a week later than told and still are waiting on an ottoman to arrive. (So it’s fair to take customers money and not deliver items in a timely fashion?)
