I visited La Potosina Meat Market, and was overcharged. I purchased chicken wings clearly priced at $5.05 (1.95 lbs at $2.59/lb), but was charged $20.85 for "Chile de Arbol" instead. It seems like a scanning or labeling error. The staff were otherwise polite, but I recommend double-checking your receipts carefully to make sure you're not overcharged like I was.

Picked up some pastor and chorizo. Both were good. Had great service👍🏻 ...update5/27 they charged me for 16 cilantro when I only bought one. Five stars down to one. Watch them when they check you out to make sure they charge you properly!

When I buy meat it's always frozen and not "fresh". Last time I literally bought some menudo turned out to be more ice than meat 👎 Also the bread is hard as a rock and the 3 leches cakes are dry😐

Please don’t buy the pan dulce from here. You would think that on a Friday they would have fresh pan? Especially because most people get paid on fridays. Went in at 11 am and got some pan dulce only to drive 45 mins back home & make my coffee and take a bite of my pan dulce and it be hard as a ROCK! I was like awe no biggy I’ll warm them up a bit, but when after warming them up they had this OLD BREAD smell 🥴 not appealing at all! I bought 6 for almost $9....

They use to always have the chicken I would buy but I've been there I don't know how many times now & they still don't have any! When I ask when they'll have some more of it, it's like talking to a brick wall.. I won't spend another dime in there!! Watch out when buying the rice we found BUGS in our rice we bought from this store...🤮 It would've been nice if they opened up...

If you're looking for good Mexican marinated meat in Hot Springs- This is the place! They have thin sliced marinated chicken steak ( aka Chicken Breast ) as well as carne asada marinade and some chips and hot sauce to go with it.
