So upset by my experience here. I’ve been going for so many years since I was a child, never have I ever dealt with such rude service! Please note, I am 7 months pregnant, very big and have trouble getting clothing on by myself. I needed a new bra for a maternity shoot and thought I would look in pennys to find one, I walked into a fitting room labeled FITTING ROOM. No where did it say men weren’t allowed, nor did it say WOMENS FITTING ROOM. My fiancée went inside with me, like I said, I’m very big and can hardly reach around myself to put my own bra on. I’ve been there multiple times in the past and had his help putting on clothes with no trouble. Well, today an older looking woman with shorter very dry bleached hair wearing glasses goes into the fitting room BANGING on everyone’s dressing room yelling “I just watched a man come in here! Where is he!” And I calmly explained “My fiancée is in the fitting room with me” then she yells “No!! He can’t be in there! He needs to get out!! This is a woman’s fitting room!!!” So I, one again, calmly told her “I am 7 months pregnant and can’t reach around myself to hook my bra, I need him in here to help me.” And radio silence. She left the room, hopefully feeling disgusted by her own actions. This left me in tears as I left penny’s. Having to explain where everyone can hear me that I can’t dress myself is very embarrassing and dehumanizing. That was none of her business, we are younger (early 20’s) and my fiancée is Hispanic. I pray this has nothing to do with his race, as I have never dealt with something like this before, but I don’t understand why she did this?! Did she think we went into the room to have sex? Read moreI have had many issues with this store’s customer service, rewards being emailed to other people & never fixed , even after leaving reviews I was offered $25 gift certificate-never received it. On 1/29/22 I went to see the sales in jewelry, the same employee, white older man, who I have complained about in the past, due to his dismissive attitude and lack of asking for more assistance after I requested due to I waited 30 min, that until a male customer came to the counter , he jumped right on it. Again! He started to help the man. I redirected his attention to me. I looked at 2 pieces (which I bought) and when I turned around, he was back at the other counter talking to the man again. I asked him if he was done with me because I was not done. I got 5 more pieces, when I was ready pay, he took 10 more minutes talking to the man again (who seen and verbalize that the clerk was intentionally stalling me from paying) I finally asserted myself by telling him that I have been there for 2. 5 hours now, get it done or keep it! I hate that store and glad they are leaving. I went to the other side of the store by Sephora and had items to ring up, they said I had no rewards, which I do.. they are on a different email, I don’t have a different email! Just so happens the girl who’s email it goes to was there and told the lady clerks that the rewards where not hers, the tried to say they couldn’t do anything about it because they had my phone number already pulled up! Read moreI recently stopped by your store in Hot Springs to replenish several bottles of cologne that I was running low on and was greeted by your very professional and beautiful sales person Jewell.
Actually both of the ladies working made an effort to recognize my presence and say Hello but Jewell was the one who gave me her attention.
Unfortunately the two fragrances were out of stock that I wanted but Jewell quickly shifted my attention to several fragrances that she enjoys and are popular. I ended up purchasing 3 bottles and even got a hat and 2 samples of Mercedes
Lastly she instructed me where I could get one of those Fragrances in town if I just had to have it that she was out of
Needless to say I ended up buying two more bottles totaling that day totaling over $400.

I am broke now but I smell good
She even recognized new patrons and offered her attention momentarily to them
That attention to detail and salesmanship or shall I say saleswomenship is a lost art these days and most employees really don’t care as I compare the person at the other location
Someone should give Jewell an atta girl for a job well done.
